摘要: The present invention provides a massager with single rod eccentric drive mechanism to provide synchronize wave oscillation treatment. A single rod eccentric drive mechanism provides a wave oscillation motion and heating massage in bed and chairs. The massager includes motors at proximal end of the shaft which accompanied through the plurality of cam assembly and bearing respectively. A timing belt pulley is at distal end of massager to regulate frequency of massage. The arrangement of angular grooved shaft and cam assembly provides lateral conversion of axial rotation movement of shaft in to eccentric movement at the differently positioned cam at regular interval. The cam assembly accompanied with the needle roller housing is at different vertical position, while the rotation of shaft in one circle is equal to 0-360° the cam assembly is arranged in ascending angles like 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225°, 270°, 315°. The user will be lift on stationary knob adjacent to movable knobs during the operation.

摘要: The present invention discloses a system for assisting a mobility-impaired individual or a patient. The system includes a track that mounts to a ceiling or wall of a structure such as a home. The track receives a sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism connects to a strap hanging arrangement. The strap hanging arrangement connects to a vest. The vest connects to a leg support mechanism. The mobility-impaired individual wears the vest and the leg support mechanism. The sliding mechanism includes a lift strap for adjusting the height of the strap hanging arrangement thereby allowing the mobility-impaired individual to be placed in a sitting position or standing position. The mechanically driven mechanism moves along the track allowing the mobility-impaired individual to move around the structure.

摘要: A translational-rotary machine is provided as a physical exercise machine particularly for the rehabilitation or training of upper and lower limbs for both passive and active therapies. The machine can perform movements that: allow a lower shaft to rotate while the carriage is stationary; allow the lower shaft to not rotate while the carriage translates in a direction of applied force; or allow a translational-rotary movement.

摘要: The majority of adult devices have been designed for an individual to hold. However, it would be beneficial to provide users with a range of adult devices that support their use either in a hands free manner and/or are compatible with being worn by the user for varying periods of time from intermittent/occasional short durations through to extended wearing such as all day for example. In order to provide such wearable devices being able to separate the drive means from the stimulation means provides increased design flexibility as well as allowing different designs of adult device to be implemented as the design flexibility within the appropriate regions of the user's anatomy increases when the large vibratory motors are removed and connected to the stimulation means via flexible drive shaft. Further, beneficially, flexible drive shafts allow operation as the user moves during normal activities, such as sitting, standing, walking, etc.

摘要: A manual apparatus of the present invention enables quick connection and disconnection of an exoskeleton leg from a remaining body of an exoskeleton. The apparatus comprises a cavity defined by a housing coupled to the remaining body of the exoskeleton; a latch coupled to the remaining body of the exoskeleton, the latch comprising a latching feature; a clip body including a projection element extending from an end thereof, the clip body coupled to the exoskeleton leg; a handle rotatably coupled to a clip base on the clip body; and a hook rotatably coupled to the handle. When the hook is engaged with the latching feature and the handle rotated from a first unlatched position to a second latched position, the projection element moves inside the cavity.

摘要: A footbath has a base member defining a platform. A flexible continuous side wall extends from a proximal end region connected about a periphery of the base member to a distal end region. The side wall has a collapsed position and an extended position. The platform of the base member and the side wall cooperate to define a bath chamber for retaining water with the bath chamber sized to receive a body part. A retention member is supported by the base member to extend from the base member to the distal end region of the side wall to retain the side wall in the extended position.

摘要: A stretching device that enables a user to employ the mechanical advantage of a multi-pulley system while performing various, prolonged muscle stretches; the stretching device including a first anchor assembly, a second anchor assembly, and a motion transfer line. The first motion transfer line has a first anchor body and a first motion transfer pulley; the first anchor body being attached to the user and the first motion transfer pulley being coupled to the first anchor body. Similarly, the second motion transfer line has a second anchor body and a second motion transfer pulley; the second anchor body being attached to a stationary object and the second motion transfer pulley being coupled to the second anchor body. The motion transfer line is terminally attached to the first anchor body and is trained around both the first motion transfer pulley and the second motion transfer pulley.

摘要: A walking assistance apparatus includes stimulus applying means for applying a stimulus to a leg part on which a walking assistance apparatus is mounted and state detection means for detecting a supporting leg condition and a lifted leg condition of the leg part on which the walking assistance apparatus is mounted. The stimulus applying means applies a first stimulus to the leg part when the state detection means has detected that the leg part on which the walking assistance apparatus is mounted is in the lifted leg condition, and the stimulus applying means does not apply a stimulus to the leg part or applies a second stimulus that is weaker than the first stimulus when the state detection means has detected that the leg part on which the walking assistance apparatus is mounted is in the supporting leg condition.
