The one-way valve opening device is placed in a bronchus (16) of a lesion area in a human body, such that the movement direction of sputum (19) can be limited, so that the sputum (19) is discharged out of the body, and the intake and output of gas and liquid is not limited, but same can directly reduce the air intake volume in the lung in the lesion area, indirectly improving the ventilation/perfusion blood flow ratio of a normal lung, and also does not affect subsequent treatments such as alveolar lavage.

    摘要: Closure devices that selectively control blood flow between the right atrium and the left atrium of a heart of a patient. The control of blood flow can be based on detected values from a pressure sensor. The closure devices can include a body configured to engage native tissue when the device is deployed across the septal wall. In a first state at least a portion of (an inner surface of) a lumen is closed, preventing blood flow through the closure device. Ina second state, the lumen is open to enable blood flow from the left atrium to the right atrium. A closure element can be selectively adjusted to control the flow of blood through the lumen. A volume of an expandable chamber can be increased or decreased to place the closure device into the first state or the second state.

    摘要: A system includes a stent positionable within a coronary vein. The stent includes a valve and a stent body coupled to the valve and arranged to transition between a collapsed state and an expanded state. The system includes an intravascular reperfusion therapy device with a sensor and a catheter with a lumen shaped to receive the stent. The intravascular reperfusion therapy device delivers reperfusion therapy to a myocardium of a heart. The system includes a processor circuit that receives physiological data from the sensor, determines a progression of the reperfusion therapy, controls a configuration of the valve and/or the expansion state of the stent such that back pressure is controlled. With the stent in the expanded state, the stent body contacts a wall of the coronary vein and the valve obstructs blood flow in a first direction to generate the back pressure in an opposite, second direction.
