摘要: Systems are methods are provided for heating an endoscope to defog or avoid from fogging of lens. The endoscope heater may have an elongated body that attaches to the shaft of an endoscope with a controller to operate a heating element disposed on the body. The controller may maintain the heating element at a predetermined temperature. In use, the controller may be operated to energize the heating element and warm the endoscope above ambient temperature prior to introduction into the patient's body.

The portable applicator includes a hand piece, a nozzle connected to the fluid source and mounted on the hand piece, and a trigger for providing a flow control signal to the control unit.

摘要: The present invention discloses a flexible digital ureteroscope that is at least partially disposable. The ureteroscope comprises a single-use catheter and a handle. The catheter comprises a distal end, a bend portion, and a proximal portion. The distal end has a rigid or semi-rigid shell that houses a set of micro lenses, an image sensor microchip, and a plurality of LED light sources. A working channel extends along the entire catheter and is coupled to a working channel port on the handle to receive various medical devices and irrigation lines during an endoscopic procedure. In addition, the catheter includes one or more steering wires to control the distal end to bend towards a desired direction. The rigid or semi-rigid shell of the distal end is made of a mix of polymer composite material with graphene nano-filler for enhancing thermal dissipation. The handle may be a single-use handle or a reusable handle. In case the handle is a reusable handle, it includes a battery module and a wireless communication module for communicating with a host machine wirelessly. In case the handle is a single-use handle, to reduce cost, the handle does not include a battery module and/or a wireless communication module. Rather, the single-use handle includes a host interface for receiving power from the host machine and transmits image data to the host machine.

摘要: An optical sensor that detects intensity of light is disposed, inside an optical case, at a position that allows the optical sensor to receive light other than light received by a lens system, out of light emitted by an LED. The optical sensor is housed in a dedicated photometric case. The photometric case is provided with a light guide portion that includes a transmission part and a shielding part. The transmission part is disposed in an optical path of light that directly travels from the LED to the optical sensor and allows transmission of the light. The shielding part blocks indirect light that is reflected or scattered inside the optical case, from entering the optical sensor. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately detect only the light in the direct optical path from the LED.

The composite wire includes a first shield conductor provided around the plurality of cables that are bundled.

An endoscope device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a heating source that heats a diagnosis target tissue; a cooling source that cools the diagnosis target tissue; a sensing unit that measures temperature of the diagnosis target tissue; and an image processing unit that obtains a first value meaning a temperature change for a predetermined time of the diagnosis target tissue heated by the heating source on the basis of the temperature obtained by the sensing unit, obtains a second value meaning time until the heated diagnosis target tissue is stabilized by being cooled by the cooling source after obtaining the first value, and produces an image for diagnose a tumor in the diagnosis target tissue on the basis of the first value and the second value.
