    摘要: A method for puffing natural cheese includes the following steps of: step 1: subjecting a natural cheese to a physical pretreatment to form a target shape; step 2: placing the natural cheese after physical pretreatment into a bearing plate; step 3: sending the natural cheese placed in the bearing plate into a puffing cavity of a puffing equipment; step 4: setting multiple puffing process parameters for the puffing equipment; step 5: providing an electromagnetic energy by the puffing equipment to perform a puffing process on the natural cheese; and step 6: producing a puffed product after the puffing process is completed. A puffed product of natural cheese uses the process disclosed above. The technology of the method and the puffed product has great market potential for the puffed food production of natural cheese.

    摘要: A cutter for sectioning cheese in the form of a wheel. The cutter includes an apparatus for a cheese wheel to be divided by a set of horizontal or inclined staggered blades into smaller wheels, the cheese then being placed onto a platform. Another set of blades with a different orientation such as vertical then pass through the smaller wheels. The second set of blades may include one cylindrical blade removing an outer periphery and providing a uniform outer diameter and may include a plurality of linear, diametral blades sectioning each smaller wheel into portions or wedges. A second apparatus moves the portions or wedges to be packaged from the platform, and then retracts so the second set of blades and platform may return to a position for sectioning or portioning a second cheese wheel.

    摘要: Provided is a tofu that enables an eater to enjoy eating by entertaining the eater in an aspect (sight) other than flavor (taste). Tofu includes incisions linearly formed on a top surface of the tofu. The incisions have a depth that does not reach a bottom surface of the tofu, and a depth direction of the incisions is substantially perpendicular to the top surface. When a colored liquid seasoning has been poured on the tofu, the incisions are recognizable as the colored liquid seasoning penetrates and pools in the incisions.
