摘要： A trimmer line cutting head has a trimmer line spool rotatably supported about an axis of rotation and disposed slidably between housing and housing cover along the axis of rotation. A spring element pretensions the trimmer line spool in an operating position of the trimmer line cutting head. An indexing device has a terminal stop connecting the trimmer line spool in the operating position to the housing in fixed connection for common rotation of trimmer line spool and housing. By applying an actuating force to the indexing device, the trimmer line spool is adjustable from the operating position axially into an inoperative state of the trimmer line cutting head for paying out trimmer line. The indexing device has a rotational stop formed in a slot in a wall of the trimmer line spool and limiting rotation of the trimmer line spool relative to the housing in the inoperative state.

The tool head includes a tool shaft extending proximate to the original motor. A replacement power head and a shaft coupler are provided. The replacement power head includes a motor and a power shaft mechanically coupled to the motor. The shaft coupler includes a power shaft connecter coupled to a shaft-specific connecter. The replacement power head is coupled to the shaft coupler by connecting the power shaft connecter to the power shaft of the replacement power head. The tool head is coupled to the shaft coupler by connecting the shaft-specific connecter to the tool shaft of the tool head.

摘要： A trimmer head for a string trimmer mower, including a trimmer head housing having a string retention portion and a coupler portion rotatably attached to the string retention portion, the string retention portion having a first string retainer for releasably retaining a first cutting string. In addition, the string retention portion has a second string retainer for releasably retaining a second cutting string. The second string retainer is preferably circumferentially displaced on the string retention portion from the first string retainer. In a preferred embodiment, the first string retainer has a slidable clamp disposed in the interior and accessible from the exterior. The clamp is constructed and arranged for sliding relative to the base between a clamping position for selectively retaining the string in place through centrifugal force in the string retention portion, and a release position for user replacement of the first cutting string without tools.

The second straight section leads to a second open end. The curved central section passes around the center of the spool. A housing is provided that receives the spool therein. When loading trimmer line into the trimmer head assembly, the shape of the conduit enables the trimmer line to pass around the central opening in the spool without binding.

摘要： An attachable trimmer includes a trimming unit, an arm assembly, a limit switch, and a rod assembly as the attachable trimmer is mounted onto a mower deck of a lawn mower. The trimming unit is connected with the arm assembly while the limit switch is oppositely positioned of the trimming unit across the arm assembly. The rod assembly is connected with the arm assembly in between the trimming unit and the limit switch. The rod assembly moves the attachable trimmer in between an expanded position and a retracted position upon the user's discretion. The trimming unit is only operational when the attachable trimmer is at the expanded position as the limit switch completes an electrical circuitry to electrically power the trimming unit.

摘要： An anti-winding assembly reduces or prevents debris from winding on a trimmer and/or makes them easier to remove. The trimmer includes a trimmer head mounted to a rotatable arbor and supporting one or more cutting lines. The anti-winding assembly includes a bearing positionable between the trimmer head and an adjacent trimmer component. The bearing includes a freely rotating outer race. A shield positioned radially outward of the bearing adjacent the outer race shields gaps between the bearing and the trimmer head and between the bearing and the adjacent trimmer component. The anti-winding assembly prevents trimmed debris from being wound up near the trimmer head.
