    摘要: A plant for producing cement clinker, comprising as viewed in the direction of materials flow, a heat exchanger to preheat raw meal, a downstream calciner to calcine the raw meal, a rotary kiln to sinter the calcined raw meal, and a clinker cooler to cool the sintered cement clinker. A combustion device which carbonizes, pyrolysis or burns difficult fuels, is embodied as a pot reactor or gooseneck reactor in an inverted U-shape, and is positioned upstream of the calciner on the flow path of the exhaust gases from the rotary kiln to the calciner, and has a gas outlet that opens out above a tertiary-air line of the clinker cooler into the calciner. As a result, it becomes possible to burn fuel which is lumpy and/or has poor ignitability, and the gases from incomplete combustion in the reactor are available in the calciner in gaseous form for further combustion.

The exhaust gases of the sintering stage are combined with the exhaust gases of the neutralization, and the combined exhaust gases are conducted in an open gas circuit. The CO2 emissions are substantially reduced over known systems with CO separation, and the formation of nitrogen oxides by the combustion of atmospheric nitrogen in the oxidative environment of the sintering stage burner is almost completely prevented.

    摘要: A method for the production of an annular casing for the press rollers of roller presses for the pressure comminution of particulate material, the outer surface of which casing always has a high degree of hardness and consequently a high wear-resisting capability, but the radially inner region of which casing has a lower degree of hardness to avoid casing ruptures. The annular casing is cast of nodular cast iron with at least the alloying elements Ni and Mo. The cast body is given a bainitic structure with residual austenite by a subsequent heat treatment followed by controlled cooling. The outer surface is constantly re-hardened during use via pressure loading such that martensite is constantly formed in boundary layers of the outer surface.
