摘要： Medical device reprocessing systems, such as endoscope reprocessing systems, can include a processing chamber configured to receive one or more medical devices to be cleaned and a spray arm assembly configured to rotate relative to processing chamber. The spray arm assembly can include a spray arm and a passive emitter. A non-contact receiver coupled to the processing chamber can detect the presence of the passive emitter, and a controller in communication with the non-contact receiver can detect when the passive emitter is positioned at the detectable position proximate the non-contact receiver and increment a count of detected rotations of the spray arm assembly each time the passive emitter is positioned at the detectable position proximate the non-contact receiver and compare the count to an expected count. If the count is lower than expected, the controller can output an alert or shut down the system.

摘要： Solid detergent compositions designed to maintain solid integrity throughout production of the pressed solid, during mechanical conveying and during ejection from molds, are disclosed. Solid detergent compositions having unexpected immediate block hardness without a curing step are provided by inclusion of a hardness additive composition comprising a synergistic ratio of polycarboxylic acid polymer chelants to aminocarboxylate chelants. 摘要： Overspray treatment compositions for addition to a water source located within a paint overspray waterwash system located in a spray-paint booth, or a water source that is subsequently applied to such a paint overspray waterwash system for contact with a paint overspray include an amine-functionalized colloidal silica having about 0.1 μmol to 15.00 μmol of amine functionality per square meter of silica surface area, and optionally a coagulant. The compositions and methods described herein work within a pH range of 6.5 and 10 to provide treated paint oversprays. Addition of a flocculant to a treated overspray results in formation of associated complexes having low tack, which may be cleanly separated from the aqueous treatment residue. The aqueous treatment residue may be subjected to one or more additional cycles of use in the paint overspray waterwash system.
