摘要: Mixing systems for producing a mixture to deliver to a treatment site. An illustrative system may comprise a needle hub, a multi-reservoir system, and a syringe. The multi-reservoir system may comprise a plunger assembly including a first tubular plunger and a second tubular plunger, a barrel portion including a housing defining a first reservoir in fluid communication with a first port and configured to contain a first constituent and a second annular reservoir configured to contain a second constituent and in fluid communication with a second port, and a third plunger. A third constituent may be injected from the syringe into the first reservoir to form a precursor. Actuating the plunger assembly relative to the barrel portion may cause the precursor and the second constituent to be delivered into the needle hub.

摘要: Mixing systems for producing a mixture to deliver to a treatment site. An illustrative system may comprise a needle hub and a multi-reservoir system. The multi-reservoir system may comprise a first plunger assembly, a second plunger assembly, and a barrel portion. The first plunger assembly, the second plunger assembly, and the barrel portion may be assembled in a telescoping arrangement. Advancing the first plunger assembly may cause a first constituent to be delivered from a first reservoir of the second plunger assembly into the third reservoir to mix with a third constituent to form a precursor and a second constituent to be delivered from a second reservoir of the second plunger assembly into the fourth reservoir and advancing the first and second plunger assembly collectively causes the precursor and the second constituent to be delivered into the needle hub.

摘要: A multi-chamber device having a barrel with a first chamber and a second chamber, and a plunger assembly with a first plunger rod advanceable with respect to the first chamber and a second plunger rod advanceable with respect to the second chamber. The ends of the first and second plunger rods are independently advanceable to advance different amounts of material from the first and second chamber as the plunger assembly is advanced with respect to the barrel. The multi-chamber device may be part of a multi-chamber system including an injection system. The multi-chamber device and the injection system may include engaging elements facilitating ready coupling and decoupling of the multi-chamber device and the injection system.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods for combining and/or delivering an injectable material to a patient. A first device having a first nozzle is moved rotationally and/or generally axially with respect to a second device having a first nozzle port to seat the first nozzle with respect to the first nozzle port. The second device has a nozzle pocket positioned, sized, shaped, configured, and/or dimensioned with respect to the first nozzle port to guide axial and/or rotational relative movements of the first injectable material transfer device and the second injectable material transfer device to guide the first nozzle into alignment with the first nozzle port, such as to be seated with respect to the first nozzle port.

摘要: Devices, systems, and methods for combining and/or delivering an injectable material to a patient. A vial adaptor is configured to fluidly couple at least a first chamber and a separate chamber and to facilitate fluid exchange therebetween as well as to vent the separate chamber as material is withdrawn therefrom. The first chamber may be defined in a multi-chamber device which further defines a second chamber. The vial adaptor further defines a purge reservoir into which excess material and/or air may be purged from the second chamber. For instance, as material is ejected from the first chamber into the separate chamber, a determined amount of material may be purged from the second chamber into the purge reservoir.

摘要: A medical device including an attachment device having a longitudinal axis, a pivot arm having a first end pivotally attached to the attachment device, an end effector pivotally attached to a second end of the pivot arm and configured to move from a first configuration to a second configuration, and a longitudinally extending body attached to a proximal end of the end effector. Movement of the longitudinally extending body in a proximal direction rotates the end effector from the first configuration to the second configuration, the end effector is approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the attachment device in the first configuration, and the end effector is angled relative to the longitudinal axis of the attachment device in the second configuration.

摘要: A system for performing minimally invasive procedures in a working space within a body lumen of a patient including a flexible catheter configured to receive a working instrument therethrough. The flexible catheter has a working space expanding system positioned at the distal portion, the working space expanding system including first and second flexible elements movable from a non-expanded insertion position to an expanded position forming an expanded region to expand the working space within the body. The first and second flexible elements are connected at a distal region by a coupling structure. A stabilizing member stabilizes the distal portion of the flexible catheter.
