    Abstract: A sensor data gathering environment that associates a sensor with a smart tag attached to a product. The sensor receives product identification data from the smart tag. An application, web service or a computing device associated with the sensor collects customer behavior data, such as a length of time the sensor is associated with the smart tag, the proximity of the sensor to the smart tag, the location of the sensor while in a threshold distance from the smart tag, and the like. The application, web service or the computing device associated with the sensor transmits the product identification data and the customer behavior data to a remote computing system for analysis. Based on the analysis, a message or communication is initiated to provide the customer with personalized customer service.

    Abstract: Computer implemented methods and systems are provided for generating podcast files. In one embodiment, a method includes storing, in a template database, a podcast template, wherein the podcast template includes a sentence definition including one or more data tags and a sentence order for a plurality of sentences; storing, in a user database, user information for a plurality of users; generating, by a processor, a podcast text file by selectively populating the podcast template with user information associated with a first user of the plurality of users based on the data tags; converting, by the processor, the podcast text file to a podcast audio file; and storing, by the processor, the podcast text file and the podcast audio file in a podcast database for podcast playback by the first user.

    Abstract: A method and system for creating an app consistent with an arrangement of an object and an associated template using a platform. The method includes downloading a plurality of templates for creating an app and each of the templates contains identification information for associating a template with at least one of a plurality of online components. Then, defining an online component by selecting the associated template and an object for an online component selection, wherein the object includes at least multimedia data for display on the graphic app. Finally, capturing together by video both the object and the associated template with the identification information to match to an online component which corresponds to the identification information and to create the online component from the match together with the multimedia data in a manner consistent with the arrangement of the object and associated template when captured by video.
