The plasma display panel may include a front substrate and a rear substrate, address electrodes extending in a predetermined direction on the rear substrate, and a barrier rib layer disposed between the front and rear substrates for defining a plurality of discharge spaces.     摘要: A Plasma Display Panel (PDP) includes a front substrate, a rear substrate arranged to face the front substrate, and a discharge gas contained between the front substrate and the rear substrate. The front substrate includes a transparent substrate, and a plurality of X electrodes and Y electrodes formed to extend in parallel to each other along a first direction on the surface of the transparent substrate facing the rear substrate, and arranged alternately and facing each other with respect to a second direction crossing the first direction. The rear substrate includes an insulating substrate, an address electrode formed to extend along the second direction on the surface of the insulating substrate, and a phosphor layer formed on the surface of the insulating substrate. At least part of the phosphor layer is disposed between the respective X electrodes and Y electrodes.

    摘要: A plasma display panel (PDP) improves discharge efficiency of each discharge cell without reduction of the opening area of the discharge cells corresponding to each pixel. The PDP includes a front substrate, a rear substrate facing the front substrate, and a barrier rib disposed between the front substrate and the rear substrate for partitioning a plurality of discharge cells. The barrier rib includes a plurality of first and second barrier ribs, first electrodes, second electrodes, and branch electrodes. The first barrier ribs are formed in a first direction, and the second barrier ribs are formed in a second direction which crosses the first direction. The first electrodes are formed in the first barrier ribs at an interval of N first barrier ribs among the first barrier ribs arranged in the first direction, where N is a natural number. The second electrodes are formed in the second barrier ribs so as to cross the first electrodes three-dimensionally. The branch electrodes are disposed in the second barrier ribs, overlapping with at least one of the second electrodes, and extending from the first electrodes.

    摘要: A liquid toner and an ink composition, which comprise a dispersion of copolymer resin particles composed of at least two different monomer components in a dispersion medium. The copolymer resin particles and the dispersion medium are related to each other such that the difference .DELTA..delta..sup.1 between the solubility parameter value .delta.p.sup.1 of a homopolymer composed only of at least one monomer component in the copolymer resin and the solubility parameter value .delta.s.sup.1 of the dispersion medium is not smaller than 1.0, and that the difference .DELTA..delta..sup.2 between the solubility parameter value .delta.p.sup.2 of a homopolymer composed only of at least one other monomer component and the solubility parameter value .delta.s.sup.1 of the dispersion medium is not larger than 1.0, and further that the difference .DELTA. between .DELTA..delta..sup.1 and .DELTA..delta..sup.2 (.DELTA..delta..sup.1 -.DELTA..delta..sup.2) is at least 0.5. Moreover, each copolymer resin particle comprises a nuclear portion which is insoluble in the dispersion medium, and an outer skin portion which wraps the nuclear portion, and which is soluble or swellable in the dispersion medium. The liquid toner is a dispersion of the copolymer resin particles in an electrically insulating dispersion medium. The liquid toner is free from sedimentation, aggregation or other problem even if the pigment content is increased, and hence excellent in dispersibility and free from gelation. The ink composition is a dispersion of the copolymer resin particles in a dispersion medium. Even if the pigment or other particle content is increased, sedimentation, aggregation or other problem will not occur. Thus, the ink composition exhibits excellent dispersibility and is free from gelation and superior in coatability.
