摘要： According to embodiments, a regional energy integrated management device for managing energy in a region containing multiple buildings includes an information acquisition unit, an information generator, and an instruction transmitter. The information acquisition unit acquires energy management information containing energy shortage and surplus information of a building from the multiple buildings. The information generator generates regional energy management information for mutually adjusting energy supply between different buildings in the management target region based on the energy management information on the multiple buildings thus acquired. The instruction transmitter transmits the generated regional energy management information to the corresponding buildings.

摘要： An air conditioning control system allows a supply air switching controller to alternately switch outside air control and return air control at a preset switching interval. The supply air switching controller is connected to an air conditioner placed to correspond to each room inside as an air conditioning control subject. The outside air control takes outside air into a temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by opening a first damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of the outside air into the air conditioner and by closing a second damper provided in the air conditioner in order to adjust an intake volume of return air from the room inside. The return air control takes the return air from the room inside into the temperature/humidity adjustment coil of the air conditioner by closing the first damper and opening the second damper.

摘要： An optical recording medium wherein a land and a groove are formed in both front and rear surfaces of a circular disk-like substrate respectively, at least a recording layer and a dielectric layer are formed on the surfaces of the substrate, and a hub is provided in only one of the surfaces and recording/reproducing are conducted by using a flying optical head, the optical recording medium being characterized in that in a state that the medium is supported by the hub so that the hub-attached surface directs downward, and in a region from the innermost periphery to L/3, where L is a distance from the innermost periphery to the outermost periphery of a recording/reproducing area, the center of curvature in a radial direction of that region exists at an opposite side with respect to the hub-attached surface of the optical recording medium, whereby the optical recording medium of high reliability wherein the distance between the flying optical head floating above the surface of the recording medium and the surface of the recording medium can be kept constant; uniform recording/reproducing signals can be obtained, and head crushing seldom occurs.

摘要： A water-soluble film made from a resin composition comprising (A) 100 parts by weight of an anionic group-modified polyvinyl alcohol having a viscosity of 10 to 35 mPa·s measured at 20° C. with respect to a 4% by weight aqueous solution thereof, an average degree of hydrolysis of 80.0 to 99.9% by mole and a rate of anionic group modification of 1 to 10% by mole, (B) 20 to 50 parts by weight of a plasticizer, (C) 2 to 30 parts by weight of a filler, and (D) 0.01 to 2.5 parts by weight of a surfactant. The water-soluble film has an excellent water solubility, and is not gelled or insolubilized even if chemicals containing a boric acid substance, particularly sodium perborate, are packaged therein or even if it is put in an aqueous solution of a boric acid substance, particularly sodium perborate.
