Abstract:
A clutchable winch contains a shaft member including: a tube used to fix a belt; a fitting piece including a central hole mounted thereon; a column fixed on the central hole; a sleeve coupled with the fitting piece, including a groove arranged on one end thereof and a connecting end secured on another end thereof, the connecting end including plural apertures disposed thereon; a positioning disc fixed on a bottom end of the groove, including plural first inclined teeth arranged therearound, the first inclined teeth being spaced apart evenly from each other and each having a vertical side; an annular actuating plate fitted on the column, including a hexagonal pore arranged on a central portion thereof and plural second inclined teeth disposed on one end surface thereof, wherein each second tooth includes a vertical fringe; a compression spring defined between the actuating plate and the fitting piece of the tube.
Abstract:
An auxiliary member for a ratchet buckle includes a U-shaped frame, a shank; two plastic bushes, a levering set, a holder, and a bolt set, wherein central sections of two sides of the frame connect with the shank axially, one end of the shank couples with the levering set, and open ends of the two sides of the frame connect with a body of the buckle by using the bolt set, such that the belt can be pulled while in use and rolled while in no use easily, and used to fix merchandises securely during transporting process.
Abstract:
A binding device for a wheeled vehicle includes a drive mechanism including a shaft tube, a driven member secured to the shaft tube, at least one driving pawl mounted on the driven member, and a drive member rotatably mounted on the driven member and having an inner wall formed with a plurality of locking grooves engaged with the driving pawl. Thus, the drive member drives the shaft tube to rotate in one direction and performs an idle rotation in the opposite direction, so that the shaft tube is rotatable successively to wind the binding strap successively so as to tighten the cargo without having to remove the drive rod from the drive member, thereby facilitating a user winding the binding strap, and thereby saving the working time and energy.

Abstract:
The system includes a body having a first side wall, a second side wall and a rod therebetween; a main shaft set, pivoted between the first and second side walls, including a main shaft, an end of the main shaft being disposed a ratchet and a first bevel gear; a transmission shaft, pivoted outside the second side wall of the body, a second bevel gear being axially connected around the transmission shaft, the second bevel gear engaging with the first bevel gear, and a gear ratio of the first and second bevel gears being 2:1; a handle set axially connected to the transmission shaft; and a pawl set pivoted on the second side wall of the body to fit into a notch of the ratchet to prevent the main shaft set from reversing.
Abstract:
The chain binder includes a main tube and two links separately screwed to the main tube. A U-shaped seat has two parallel side plates and a hollow portion and is pivoted by the main tube. A gear is fastened to the main tube and received in the hollow portion. A claw with two pairs of claw teeth and handle teeth is rotatably disposed between the two side plates. The claw and the gear compose a ratchet mechanism. A claw positioner is disposed on seat and is selectably inserted into a positioning hole of the claw. A lever set is rotatably and elastically connected to a U-shaped frame attached on the seat. The lever set will be rotatable when it is pulled out.
Abstract:
An adapter for coupling a lever to continuously unidirectionally drive a strap fastener is disclosed. The adapter includes a U-shaped frame with two free ends and a junction. The two free ends are separately provided with two shaft holes. Two sliding slots are separately formed near the shaft holes. A lever hole is formed at the junction. A ratchet shaft has an outer section with a radial hole and an inner section inserted in the shaft holes. A bolt is inserted into the radial hole. A ratchet is mounted around the ratchet shaft. A pawl is slidably disposed between the two sliding slots for engaging with the ratchet. A spring stopper is fixed between two sides of the frame. A spring is compressively arranged between the pawl and spring stopper. A holed plate is fixed between the spring stopper and the junction.
Abstract:
The strap tensioner includes a fastener, a linking member and a ring. The fastener has a body with a first rod. The linking member has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion. The first connecting portion is detachably fastened to the first rod. The ring has a first rail portion and a second rail portion. The first rail portion is detachably linked to the second connecting portion.
