    Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate (LGP) comprising an incident surface, an emergent surface, and a reflective surface, a reflecting plate, a diffuser, a prismatic lens group, a rim tape layer, a light source, and a shading layer. The shading layer corresponds to an incident surface of the diffuser. The shading layer comprises a middle portion and side portions separated from the middle portion, and a length of the middle portion is greater than lengths of the side portions. Each of the side portions are fixed on two sides to the diffuser and the rim tape layer, respectively. The middle portion is fixed on only one side, the one side of the middle portion being fixed to the rim tape layer.

    Abstract: The present invention provides square seal, a manufacture method of square seal and a manufacture method of a backlight module. The square seal utilizes the roulette design. As being assembled, the redundant material outside the roulette is removed along the roulette to obtain the square seal of narrow frame so that the square seal achieves the narrow frame without the issues of overflow seal and waste material adhesion. The square seal can be easily separated from the waste material to effectively reduce the defect rate. In the manufacture method of the square seal according to the present invention, the square seal inner frame line is first cut on the seal body film material, and then the dotted roulette is formed at position of the square seal outer frame line is pre formed, and finally, the circle of the square seal reserved outer frame line is cut at the periphery of the roulette.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a backlight module and the manufacturing method thereof. The backlight module comprises a substrate, a plastic frame, a light guide plate, and a film set. The plastic frame is formed on the substrate through printing, which forms a housing space together with the substrate. The light guide plate and the film set are sequentially stacked in the housing space. The backlight module according to the present disclosure will not affect the display of the liquid crystal display panel during thermal expansion.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a light guide plate, which relates to the technical field of a liquid crystal display panel. The light guide plate includes a light-emitting surface, a bottom surface, and a light-incoming end surface parallel to the light-emitting surface. The light guide plate further includes a first guide slope, a first end of which intersects the bottom surface and a second end of which intersects the light-incoming end surface. A first angle of greater than 90 degrees is formed between the first guide slope and the bottom surface. In particular, when the first angle is equal to 135 degrees, a total reflection prism is formed on the first guide slope, so that light perpendicular to the light-incoming end surface enters and travels in the light guide plate after a total reflection when the light passes by the first guide slope. A liquid crystal module including the light guide plate is further provided, thereby a lightness and thinness design of the liquid crystal module is realized.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module, a narrow frame liquid crystal display device and a formation process of sealant. In the backlight module, the sealant inner wall of the sealant has a surface with a graded gray scale, and thus, it can pertinently increase the gray scale of the sealant inner wall to absorb the light generating an edge bright line to eliminate the edge bright line, and then, the distance of the sealant and an edge of the active area of the liquid crystal display can be decreased to achieve the narrow frame design, and meanwhile to reduce the brightness lose of the backlight module. The narrow frame liquid crystal display device utilizes the aforesaid backlight module, and the distance of the sealant and the edge of the active area is smaller to achieve the narrow frame design, and the brightness lose of the backlight module is small.
