Abstract:
In a rotor of an electric machine, which rotor consists of individual segments which each have a first part which is in contact with a second cooperating part wherein the first part of an individual segment and the second cooperating part of an adjacent individual segment are positively interlocked in the radial and circumferential directions resulting in a self-supporting annular structure of the assembled rotor. The individual sections have openings accommodating permanent magnets which are fixed in the openings by wall sections bent into the openings during assembly of the segments for fixing the permanent magnets in the openings as the individual segments are joined to form a ring.
Abstract:
A process for preparing isocyanates in the gas phase, in which the mixing of the reactants and thus the reaction conditions are significantly improved by means of hydrodynamic measures such as increasing the turbulence of the feed stream in the central nozzle. As a consequence, the necessary residence time in the reactor and thus the length of the reactor are reduced and the formation of polymeric by-products which lead to caking in the reactor and a shortening of the operating period of the reactors is avoided.
Abstract:
A coil for a particularly compact coil for an electrical machine, in which coil an electrical conductor is wound with a number of turns, which are arranged one above the other in a number of layers, with the turns in a first layer being arranged parallel alongside one another, and the turns in a second layer being inclined through a predetermined inclination angle (a), with respect to the turns in the first layer, at a predetermined point and being arranged parallel alongside one another.
Abstract:
A clamping device for locking-up printing forms on a printing-form cylinder of a printing machine, having a plurality of clamping elements disposed so as to be adjustable in axial direction, with an adjusting device for respectively expanding and buckling a clamped printing-form edge, comprising a shaft whereon the clamping elements, with spring elements interposed, are axially displaceably mounted, and adjusting elements disposed on respective outer ends of the shaft for subjecting the clamping elements to forces acting in the axial direction.
Abstract:
A method for removing a cleaning device from a printing machine and for inserting the cleaning device or another cleaning device into the printing machine, the inserted cleaning device being secured in position in the printing machine by a fixing device, includes opening a protective covering of the printing machine and automatically inactivating the fixing device by the opening of the protective covering, removing the cleaning device from the printing machine through an opening in the printing machine exposed by the protective covering, inserting the respective cleaning device into the printing machine, and closing the protective covering and automatically activating the cleaning device by the closing of the protective covering, so that the inserted cleaning device is secured in the inserted position thereof; and a printing machine for performing the method.
Abstract:
A locating link for wheel suspensions of motor vehicles, with an at least two-part link body, the link body comprising two elongate support profiles which are spaced apart and parallel to one another over at least two-thirds of their length and come into contact at least in the vicinity of a mounting hole of the link body. The support profiles are of mirror-symmetrical configuration relative to a center plane which lies centrally between the support profiles and normal to the center lines of at least two of the mounting holes present in the support profiles.
Abstract:
A cleaning device for a printing press, having a cloth spindle formed with a longitudinal groove, and a cleaning cloth clampable in the longitudinal groove, comprising a clamping body rotatable inside the longitudinal groove out of a first position, wherein clamping of the cleaning cloth is undone, and into a second position, wherein the cleaning cloth is clamped between the clamping body and an inner face defining the longitudinal groove; and a printing press and, more particularly, a rotary printing press, in combination with the cleaning device.

Abstract:
A cladding of a printing machine in a region of a side wall of a printing unit of the printing machine includes a housing fastened to the side wall, the housing having an upper housing wall, two lateral housing walls and a housing cover connected to the lateral housing walls so as to be displaceable between a lower position covering the side wall and a position raised to a defined height.
Abstract:
A printing machine provided with a rectilinear guide and a cleaning device having a handle for moving the cleaning device along the rectilinear guide includes at least one joint by which the handle is attached to the cleaning device in a manner that the handle is movable relative to the cleaning device.
