    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a display panel and a display device. The compensation module in the display panel is configured to input a first compensation voltage to a subpixel in the blank period of the first frame and a second compensation voltage to the subpixel in the blank period of the second frame. The polarity of the first compensation voltage is the same as the polarity of the first data voltage, and the polarity of the second compensation voltage is the same as the polarity of the second data voltage. The first compensation voltage is not zero, and the second compensation voltage is not zero.

A pre-charging circuit is arranged on an nth stage GOA unit circuit of the GOA circuit and the in-cell touch display panel.     Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate and an repairing method thereof, wherein the array substrate includes adjacent two level GOA unit circuits, wherein an output terminal of a Nth level GOA unit circuit is connected to a Nth level gate line, an output terminal of a N+1th level GOA unit circuit is connected to a N+1th level gate line; and a repairing structure disposed between the Nth level gate line and the N+1th level gate line, the repairing structure configured to turn on the Nth level gate line and the N+1th level gate line by melting when the Nth level GOA unit circuit or the N+1th level GOA unit circuit damaged. A repairing structure is added between two adjacent gate lines, when a certain GOA unit circuit is damaged, the repairing structure is melted by a laser to make the adjacent two gate lines communicate with each other.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a LTPS TFT substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. The LIPS TFT substrate of the present invention includes a metal layer formed on a channel zone so that the metal layer, a source electrode, and a drain electrode can be used as a mask to form LDD zones in a poly-silicon layer in order to save the mask needed for separately forming the LDD zones; further, due to the addition of the metal layer that is connected to the channel zone of the poly-silicon layer, the electrical resistance of the channel zone can be effectively reduced to increase a TFT on-state current. The LTPS TFT substrate manufacturing method of the present invention forms a metal layer on a channel zone at the same time of forming a source electrode and a drain electrode and uses the metal layer, the source electrode, and the drain electrode as a mask to form LDD zones in a poly-silicon layer so as to save the mask needed for separately forming the LDD zones thereby reducing the manufacturing cost and increasing throughput.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a GOA circuit of reducing feed-through voltage. An eleventh thin film transistor (T11) and a first capacitor (R1) coupled to the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) in series are added in a pull-down output unit (400). In the output process of the GOA circuit, the eleventh thin film transistor (T11) is activated with the added output control signal (CKF). With the voltage division function of the first resistor (R1), one more falling edge is generated to the waveform outputted by the output end (G(n)). Namely, the waveform outputted by the output end (G(n)) comprises two falling edges. Thereby, the voltage difference before and after the gate of the TFT in the pixel can be decreased to reduce the feed-through voltage and raise the display uniformity of the liquid crystal panel.
