In some examples, a communication session delivery system may provide network access service or other types of content once a passenger has completed a brand interaction. The communication session delivery system may choose from a plurality of reward offers and then display the chosen offers to a passenger. The chosen offers may be selected based on profile information of a passenger and characteristics targeted by a brand partner. The passenger may then choose an offer and perform the required brand interaction. Once the brand interaction has been verified, the passenger may receive the reward associated with the offer.

In one example of the technology, destination information may be obtained from an aircraft data bus that receives aircraft flight information from a plurality of aircraft information systems located on the aircraft. The destination information may be sent to a vendor application programming interface (API) to obtain at least one electronic offering item associated with the destination information to display in an inflight entertainment system. An electronic offering item may be received via the vendor API, and the electronic offering item may be sent to a client device to be displayed via the inflight entertainment system. A graphical interface of the inflight entertainment system at the client device may enable a passenger on the aircraft to interact with the electronic offering item.

摘要: A communication service monitoring system includes one or more network communication devices and control circuitry configured to receive communication service data from one or more network communication devices. The communication service data is related to a communication service provided onboard a first vehicle. The control circuitry is further configured to, in response to receiving the communication service data, proactively detect, based at least in part on the communication service data, a performance issue related to the communication service, generate a message comprising a description of the performance issue, establish a network connection with each of one or more service access devices on-board the first vehicle using at least one of the one or more network communication devices, and transmit the message, via the network connection, to at least one of the one or more service access devices.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices are described for providing selectable content offerings to mobile users via mobile terminals over a satellite system. In embodiments, a database of access profiles for accessing a network via the satellite system may be maintained. Each access profile corresponds to a respective content category of a plurality of content categories and is associated with a respective set of content sources available via the network. Devices may be provided with a respective set of content categories for display based at least in part on a device-specific profile associated with the corresponding device. In embodiments, a request is received from particular device for a particular content category. An access profile may be identified from the database that is associated with the particular content offering. Communications may be permitted between the device and the respective set of content sources associated with the content category associated with the access profile.

The server may identify an announcement tag associated with the public announcement. The server may select an electronic advertisement based in part on the announcement tag associated with the public announcement. The electronic advertisement may be selected from a data store of electronic advertisements. The server may send the electronic advertisement to a client device to be displayed via a graphical user interface on the client device after the public announcement is finished.

In one example of the technology, destination information may be obtained from an aircraft data bus, where the destination information may be from a plurality of aircraft information systems located on the aircraft. The destination information may be sent to one or more vendor application programming interfaces (APIs) to obtain product details for at least one product that is available for purchase through an inflight entertainment system and available to be delivered to a customer at a flight destination. Product details received from a vendor API may be sent to a client device to be displayed in a graphical user interface of an inflight entertainment system, allowing a passenger on the aircraft to view the product details with a plurality of product details for a plurality of products and purchase the product through the inflight entertainment system.
