    Abstract: An apparatus, method and computer program for predicting a future quality of service of a wireless communication link based on a predicted future environmental model t predicted by determining a trajectory of active wireless transceivers. The method includes determining an environmental model of active transceivers in the environment of the mobile transceiver, determining information on a trajectory of the active transceivers, determining a predicted future environmental model of the active transceivers at a point in time of the future based on the information on the trajectory of the active transceivers, and predicting the future quality of service of the wireless communication link for the point in time of the future using a machine-learning model. The machine-learning model provides information on a predicted quality of service for a given environmental model. The predicted future environmental model is used as input to the machine-learning model.

    Abstract: Methods, computer programs, and apparatuses for a command center and a transportation vehicle, a transportation vehicle and command center. The method for a command center to teleoperate a transportation vehicle includes receiving input data from the transportation vehicle, estimating a current uplink delay based on the input data from the transportation vehicle, determining an estimated downlink and uplink delay based on the input data and the estimated current uplink delay, and determining control information for the transportation vehicle which at least partly compensates the estimated downlink and uplink delay. The method also includes transmitting information related to the control information to the transportation vehicle.

    Abstract: Technologies and techniques for improving a handover of a user equipment in a cell of a mobile communication system. A position of the user equipment inside a coverage area of the cell may be periodically determined, based on an angle of arrival of a signal received from the user equipment and transmitting information to the user equipment to enable neighbor cell measurements if a change of the periodically determined position indicates an exiting and/or entering of the coverage area of the cell by the user equipment to improve a handover process to another cell.
