The second conductive object is composed of a spiral conductive object (2). The other of the input output terminals of the integrated circuit (4) is connected to a part of the spirally wound conductive object (2).
Abstract:
The present invention provides an optical sheet that excels in a light convergence function or a light diffusion function, has excellent brightness increase ratio in the desired angular direction, in particular the front surface direction, and greatly inhibits the side lobe, and a method for manufacturing such an optical sheet with good efficiency and high accuracy. The optical sheet has a substrate that has a first surface having formed thereon a peak-valley portion that converges and scatters light and an optical adjustment portion that differs in an optical property from the substrate. A plurality of the optical adjustment portions are formed at least in part of a non-passage portion for the light in the substrate in the case where a parallel beam falls from the first surface in a direction normal to a surface located opposite the first surface.
Abstract:
A separation filter selection device provided with an image input unit, a memory unit, a setting unit, an evaluation unit and a separation filter selection unit is disclosed. The image input unit inputs a captured image capturing a tire surface including a characteristic portion thereof. The memory unit stores plural filters for performing image processing of the captured image, stores a training image in which the characteristic portion is separated from the captured image, and a weighted image in which a weighting is set to a predetermined region of the captured image. The setting unit combines two or more filters out of the plural filters and sets a separation filter. The evaluation unit derives an evaluation value of the separation filter on the basis of an image in which a differential between the processed image that has been processed by each of the filters of the separation filter, and the training image, and to which a weighting based on the weighted image is applied. The separation filter selection unit repeats the setting of the setting unit and the evaluation value computation of the evaluation unit until the evaluation value is within a specific range, and selects the separation filter corresponding to the evaluation value resulting from the repeated processing as a separation filter for separating the characteristic portion from the captured image.
Abstract:
A loop antenna unit (2), a balanced line (3), and two perturbation elements (4) are formed on a dielectric board (1) by using manufacturing methods, such as printing and etching. The loop antenna unit (2) is formed along the circumference of a circle, and is connected to the balanced line (3). Each of the two perturbation elements (4) is a member in the shape of a tooth which is inclined 45 degrees against a direction of feeding of power via the balanced line (3) and which is projecting from the loop antenna unit (2) in an inward direction toward the center of the loop antenna unit (2). The two perturbation elements (4) are arranged at two opposite points in the loop antenna unit (2) so that they are opposite to each other.
Abstract:
Radiation field distributions of all mirror panels composing a main reflector are measured and held in advance, radiation field distributions of a reflector antenna having the main reflector are measured by transmitting a radio wave from a collimation antenna arranged at a prescribed distance from the reflector antenna to the reflector antenna while changing an attitude of the reflector antenna, complex excitation coefficients of each mirror panel are calculated from the radiation field distributions of the mirror panels, the radiation field distributions of the reflector antenna and the attitudes of the reflector antenna, and mirror surface accuracy of the main reflector is calculated from the complex excitation coefficients of the mirror panels.

A polarization coupler includes: connector waveguide that connects circular waveguide with quadrangular waveguide arranged in an axial direction of circular waveguide and having short side shorter than an inner diameter of circular waveguide; flat conductor wall formed over connector and circular waveguides, and dividing the inside of connector and circular waveguides arranged parallel to an extending direction of long side of quadrangular waveguide; first inclined surface formed on inner wall of connector waveguide at a position facing one surface of conductor wall, and inclined toward conductor wall as coming closer to quadrangular waveguide; second inclined surface formed on the inner wall of connector waveguide at a position facing the other surface of conductor wall, and inclined toward conductor wall as coming closer to quadrangular waveguide; and coupling hole, formed in circular waveguide, for extracting one polarization-divided by conductor wall out of electromagnetic waves propagated through circular waveguide.

Abstract:
A compatible disc player includes a first tray for carrying an LD arranged to protrude and withdraw from and into a player housing and a second tray for carrying a CD mounted on the first tray, in such a manner as to be movable in directions of the movement of the first tray, and the first and second trays are latched or released to and from each other by use of a latch mechanism in response to a selected one of an LD playing mode and a CD playing mode. The disc player is provided with a single position signal generating switch for sensing positions of the trays, for example, a position in which the trays are completely protruded, and the timing of operation of the switch is changed depending on whether the first tray is moved or the second tray only is moved. Further, the operation of the latch mechanism is controlled by an engagement of a pickup of the player with the latch mechanism.
