摘要: A vibration damper for a chassis of a vehicle including a damper tube which is filled at least partially with damping liquid and in which a piston rod can be moved to and fro. A working piston is movable with the piston rod, by way of which working piston the interior space of the damper tube is divided into a piston rod-side working space and a working space which is remote from the piston rod. At least one additional attachment unit is connected to the damper tube in a fluid-tight manner by way of a throughflow element. The throughflow element is arranged on the damper tube in a direction which differs from the radial direction of the damper tube.

Further, the damping element may be adhesively bonded to the connecting element and the suspension strut cup in a force-transmitting manner, and/or the damping element may be adhesively bonded to the connecting element and an intermediate element in a force-transmitting manner. The intermediate element may be connected to the suspension strut cup.

摘要: A vibration damper with an adjustable damping force may comprise an inner cylinder having at least one working chamber, an outer cylinder that surrounds the inner cylinder, and at least one damping valve element that in terms of flow is connected via a flow connection to the working chamber. An adapter sleeve may guide the flow connection, with the adapter sleeve being inserted in the inner cylinder on an internal circumference of the inner cylinder. The flow connection may be guided into the damping valve element by way of a flow opening that is configured in a wall of the inner cylinder.

The first end forms an end side of the damper tube and the second end is disposed in the damper tube. A seal for sealing a piston rod may be disposed in the base body. A seal holder may be disposed between the seal and the base body at the first end. The seal holder for axially fixing the seal may be connected to the base body in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner. The seal holder may be fusible in an emergency. For releasing the connection to the base body, the seal holder may be thermoplastically deformable upon overheating of the vibration damper.

摘要: A controllable vibration damper may include a cylinder tube with hydraulic fluid, a piston movable axially within the cylinder tube along an axis and that divides the cylinder tube into two working spaces, a piston rod parallel to the cylinder tube axis and connected at one end to the piston, fluid passages from one working space into another working space, a first valve subassembly on a first fluid passage for damping piston movement in a first direction, and a second valve subassembly on a second fluid passage for damping piston movement in a second direction. Each valve subassembly may include a valve disk seated on a valve seat in a closed position and spaced apart from the valve seat in an open position, as well as a pilot chamber containing an adjustable pressure that pushes the valve disk into the closed position. One of the pilot chambers may be delimited by a base, a cylindrical side wall fixed relative to the base and arranged coaxially with the cylinder tube axis, and a dimensionally stable cover that is held radially within the cylindrical side wall and can be moved parallel to the cylinder tube axis.
