摘要: The embodiments herein relate to terminating call handling for power saving activated user equipment. In one embodiment, there proposes a method in a IP Multimedia Subsystem Application Server, IMS-AS, for handling a terminating call for a User Equipment, UE, using power saving functionality, comprising: obtaining power saving information of the UE; handling the terminating call based on the power saving information. With the embodiments, the time and network resource for the terminating call can be saved and the user's experience can be enhanced.

摘要: The application relates to a method for operating a first radio access node 100 of a first packet switched mobile communications network. The first radio access node receives a request for establishing a data packet session requiring a defined quality of service and determines that the data packet session cannot be handled by the first packet switched communications network. The first radio access node triggers a hand over to a second packet switched mobile communications network based on the determining and transmits an indication towards a mobile entity (200) involved in the data packet session indicating that a resource for the data packet session will be available when the handover is completed.

The PS access includes access via a Long Term Evolution, LTE, network and WiFi access via a Wireless Local Area Network, WLAN. The method includes: (i) making a determination to switch from a PS LTE access to a WiFi access, (ii) switching to WiFi access, and (iii) ignoring or rejecting a command received to hand over to a CS access. Other aspects include a user terminal, a telecommunications network entity, and a method of operating a telecommunications network entity.

摘要: Systems and methods are disclosed for service request triggered fallback for an emergency service in a cellular communications system. Embodiments of a method performed by a wireless device for redirecting from a first wireless communication system to a second wireless communication system after having performed a service request in the first wireless communication system for an emergency call are also disclosed. In some embodiments, the method comprises transmitting a connection request message to a base station in the second wireless communication system as part of a connection establishment procedure whereby the wireless device establishes a connection to the second wireless communication system, the connection request message comprising an indication that a cause of connection establishment is an emergency. In this manner, the base station can provide emergency treatment for the connection request. Corresponding embodiments of a wireless device are also disclosed.

Complementary methods and devices for performing a method according to the invention are also presented herein.

摘要: A first network node controls WLAN accesses and a second network node controls cellular network accesses. The first network node (NN) records a time of a last radio contact event of a user equipment (UE) with respect to a WLAN access controlled by the first NN. In response to a request from a third NN, the first NN indicates the recorded time of the last radio contact event to the third NN. The second NN records a time of a last radio contact event of the UE with respect to a cellular network access controlled by the second NN. In response to a request from the third NN, the second NN indicates the recorded time of the last radio contact event to the third NN. The third NN can use the indicated times to determine whether the UE is attached to a WLAN access or to a cellular network access.
