摘要: There is provided an optical transmission line that includes a bend insensitive fiber (BIF) defined by ITU-T Recommendation G.657 and that reduces the influence of MPI. An optical transmission line 1 includes a first optical fiber 11, a second optical fiber 12 joined to an incident end of the first optical fiber 11, and a third optical fiber 13 joined to an exit end of the first optical fiber 11. The first optical fiber 11 is a bend insensitive fiber (BIF), and each of the second optical fiber 12 and the third optical fiber 13 is a general single mode optical fiber. An attenuation coefficient of an LP11 mode in the first optical fiber 11 at a wavelength of 1310 nm, a splice loss between the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber, a splice loss between the first optical fiber and the third optical fiber, and a length of the first optical fiber satisfy a predetermined relational equation.

摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a porous resin bead containing an aromatic vinyl compound-hydroxystyrene-di(meth)acrylate copolymer, the method including: dissolving a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl compound, an acyloxystyrene and a di(meth)acrylate compound, and a polymerization initiator in an organic solvent to obtain a solution containing the monomer mixture and the polymerization initiator; suspending the solution in water in the presence of a dispersion stabilizer; performing a suspension copolymerization to thereby obtain an aromatic vinyl compound-acyloxystyrene-di(meth)acrylate compound copolymer; and hydrolyzing an acyloxy group of the acyloxystyrene monomer component in the copolymer. The porous resin bead produced by the method of the present invention can be suitably used, for example, as a support for solid phase synthesis.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for producing a porous resin particle containing an aromatic vinyl compound-aromatic divinyl compound copolymer having a hydroxyl group, the method including: dissolving a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl compound, an aromatic divinyl compound and a (meth)acrylic acid ester having one hydroxyl group within the molecule thereof, and a polymerization initiator in an organic solvent to obtain a solution containing the monomer mixture and the polymerization initiator; suspending the solution in water in the presence of a dispersion stabilizer; and performing a suspension copolymerization. The method of the invention is capable of easily producing a porous resin particle containing an aromatic vinyl compound-aromatic divinyl compound copolymer having a hydroxyl group, that is used as a support for solid phase synthesis and enables efficient nucleic acid synthesis.
