摘要： A terminal block connection structure includes: a connector connected to intermediate parts of a plurality of power lines; a bus bar unit including a plurality of bus bars and at least one resin member; a terminal block being configured such that the distal ends of the plurality of power lines are connected to each other via the bus bar unit. The plurality of bus bars each includes a first plate portion fixed to the terminal block and a second plate portion bent from one end of the first plate portion. The connector is fitted to the resin member which is configured to prevent a movement of the connector in at least one direction out of moving directions of the connector.

摘要： A motor may include a rotor; a stator comprising a stator core and a coil; a housing that houses the rotor and the stator; and a first annular member that provides a seal between a first end face of the stator core in an axial direction of the stator core and an inner wall surface of the housing. The first annular member may have a cylindrical shape about an axis of the stator core. The first annular member may include at least one first hole and at least one second hole through which refrigerant is injected toward a first coil end. The at least one first hole may be located on a first plane perpendicular to the axis. The at least one second hole may be located on a second plane that is perpendicular to the axis and spaced apart from the first plane in the axial direction.

摘要： A terminal block connection structure for a rotary electric machine includes: a plurality of power lines configured such that respective first end portions are joined to stator coils of a plurality of phases of the rotary electric machine; terminal metal fittings provided in respective second end portions of the plurality of power lines; a terminal block to which the terminal metal fittings are fixed by respective fastening members; and a resin member integrated with an end part of at least one of the terminal metal fittings relative on an opposite side to the power lines across its corresponding fastening member. The terminal block is configured such that a plurality of power-source lines is connected to the terminal block and the terminal metal fittings are fixed to the terminal block by the respective fastening members so that the plurality of power lines is connected to the plurality of power-source lines, respectively.

摘要： A stator has a stator core composed of teeth and slots. Segment coils are inserted into the corresponding slots. The segment coil projecting from the slot has an exposed conductor part and a covered conductor part covered with an electrical insulation film. The exposed conductor part is arranged at the distal end side from the covered conductor part of the segment coil. The segment coils are connected together through the exposed conductor parts thereof projecting from the slots. The exposed conductor part has a thickness T2 thinner than a thickness T1 of the covered conductor part. A step part is formed at a position of the stator core side, adjacent to the exposed conductor part of the segment coil. The step part and the covered conductor part are covered with the electrical insulation film continuously from the stator core side of the covered conductor part.
