摘要: A process may be used to produce a composite material in a rolling plant. The process may involve providing a first workpiece and a second workpiece, which workpieces are configured in the form of a temporary composite. The process may further involve producing a planar connection between the first and second workpieces in the temporary composite by prerolling. Still further, the process may involve rolling, in particular hot rolling, the temporary composite to form the composite material after the planar connection has been produced by prerolling. The process may also involve heating the temporary composite before and/or after the prerolling.

摘要: The present invention relates to a steel material composite, comprising a core layer of a higher-strength or high-strength steel and, integrally bonded to the core layer on one or both sides, an outer layer of ferritic, chemically resistant steel. Corresponding flat steel products are distinguished by favourable properties with respect to their strength, ductility, low sensitivity to hydrogen-induced crack formation and favourable corrosion resistance. The present invention also relates to a method for producing a corresponding steel material composite and to the use of such steel material composites in vehicle structures and in particular in bodywork structures.

The object of specifying a steel workpiece wherein a maximum near-surface strength and nevertheless favorable surface properties are achieved, especially favorable scaling characteristics during hot rolling, is achieved in that the steel workpiece may be softer in the edge region than in the core region, and in that a sum total of alloy constituents C, Si, Mn, Cr, and N of the steel workpiece overall is greater than 1.45% by weight. And in some examples the sum total of the alloy constituents C, Si, Mn, Cr, and N of the steel workpiece is less than 4.5% by weight.

The component structure has good crash properties, has good vibration resistance, has a lightweight construction, and is produced cost-effectively at least in part because the first component being a steel composite structure comprising a softer layer and a more-rigid layer. The softer layer may have a lower material strength and a higher deformability than the more-rigid layer. A part of a joint zone that is located in the first component may be formed at least partially in the relatively soft layer.

摘要: A method for producing a composite material, particularly a steel composite material, may involve providing a first workpiece and a second workpiece, producing a bonded connection between said first and said second workpiece in order to form a provisional composite, and rolling said provisional composite in order to form the composite material. During the rolling, the bonded connection may be at least partially released, in the form of a predetermined breaking point. The rolling may be performed as hot rolling. Further, the method may involve substantially hermetically sealing the provisional composite by way of a sealant. The first and second work pieces, moreover, may be peripherally connected by way of the bonded connection along an edge area of a contact surface formed by the first and second work pieces.

摘要: A method for producing a hot-rolled clad composite material may involve cleaning surfaces of multiple flat products, at least one surface of which has a natural unevenness. The cleaned surfaces may then be connected and brought into contact by stacking the flat products. The flat products may then by regionally welded to create a flat product package. The method may further involve heating the flat product package to an initial hot-rolling temperature, hot-rolling the flat product package to form a hot strip, and either cutting the hot strip into plates or sheets or coiling the hot strip to form a coil.
