摘要: [Problem] To evaluate objective cell groups by estimating a mixing ratio of objective cell group without affecting treatment itself and its production process when the objective cell groups include plural kinds of cell groups having different attributes, and to provide an image analysis system and a culture management system capable of accurately perform a quality control and a production control with low cost.[Solution] The cell quality evaluation system 1 detects a feature amount in each cell easily analyzable from images, and estimates a mixing ratio of each of plural kinds of cell groups included in the objective cell groups based on a distribution of the detected feature amount and pre-recorded information of the feature amount. As the feature amount, the embodiment uses a migration speed of each cell, easily distinguishable by analyzing tracking of each cell from plural images in time series.

摘要: A method is disclosed for cryopreservation of cardiocytes derived from pluripotent stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow, the method maintaining the function of the cardiocytes derived from differentiated pluripotent stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow, and yet reducing the possibility for tumorigenesis of undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow. A method is also disclosed for cryopreservation of cardiocytes derived from pluripotent stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells (derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow, the method including dissociating cells from a cell population which has been induced to differentiate into cardiocytes from pluripotent stem cells or mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue or bone marrow.

The transport container includes: a lid that seals a container for housing a graft, in which the lid has a protrusion protruding toward a space inside the container in a state of being attached to the container. A substantially annular groove is formed on a lower surface of the protrusion. Gas and liquid inside the container housing the graft and liquid are pushed out by the lid to achieve a liquid-tight state, and air bubbles in the liquid can be captured in the groove on the lower surface.
