摘要: The present invention relates to a process for forming an electronic circuit, which comprises coating a polyorganosilane on at least one surface of a substrate for forming an electronic circuit, followed by drying to form a solid state polysilane thin film, masking a portion for forming a circuit of said thin film and oxidizing a remaining portion to form an insulating portion, and then doping an oxidizing substance to the portion subjected to masking to form a conductive portion, and in order to oxidize a partial portion of the thin film, said thin film is irradiated with UV light in the presence of oxygen, preferably, in the oxidizing step, by carrying out partial oxidation while controlling an oxidation degree, the remaining portion is converted into three or more kinds of portions having different volume resistivities.

摘要: Disclosed is a process for preparing a polyorganosilane which comprises subjecting a disilane compound having at least two substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyloxy groups in one molecule to disproportionation reaction in the presence of a catalyst comprising a reaction product of an organic alkali metal compound represented by the formula (I):RM (I)wherein R represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; and M represents an alkali metal,represented by the formula (III):MR.sup.3.sub.p M (III)wherein R.sup.3 represents a saturated or unsaturated chain or cyclic divalent hydrocarbon group or a divalent heterocyclic group, two or more R.sup.3 s may be the same or different and an ether oxygen atom may exist between two or more R.sup.3 s; p represents an integer of 1 or more; and M represents an alkali metal atom,and at least one of a disilane compound and a silane compound both of which have a substituted or unsubstituted hydrocarbyloxy group(s).

摘要: This invention aims at providing a medicine filling device which can supply the vial container in a smooth manner without getting caught in the vial supply means designed to supply the empty vial container, before filling the drug. The supply means 60 has the structure that the vial container can pass in it and the vial container passage 68. The vial container passage 68 has the passage width goes on tapering from the region on the upper end side towards the region on the lower end side. The vial container passage 68 also has the inner wall surface 62 a, 62 b and 62 c. The vial container passage 68 has the passage portion 68 b being steeper than the inclination of the inner wall surface 62 a and the taper ratio of the passage portion 68 b being smaller than the taper ratio of the passage width in the receiving portion 62. Therefore, the center of gravity of the vial container exceeds the border of the receiving portion 62 a and the passing portion 62 b, the posture of the vial container switches to the standing state.

摘要: There is provided a tablet discharging method capable of discharging a vial to an outlet corresponding to a size of the vial even if the size of the vial is changed. The tablet discharging method is related to removing a vial from a stocker accommodating a large number of vials according to a prescription data, dispensing tablets into the vial to fill the vial and discharging the vial filled with the tablets. The tablet discharging method includes the following steps of: determining a vial of an appropriate size according to a prescription data; checking for a stock of the determined vial; fixing a size by changing the determined vial to a vial of a size larger than that of the determined vial when the vial of the determined size is out-of-stock; and discharging the vial filled with the tablets to an outlet holding the vial of the fixed size.

摘要: Provided is an electromagnetic relay which does not require a braided wire for securing a current capacity of a main contact unit. The electromagnetic relay includes a main contact unit inserted into a power supply path to a load and an arc contact unit connected in parallel to the main contact unit. An auxiliary contact unit is electrically independent of the main contact unit and the arc contact unit. The main contact unit includes a main fixed contact fixed to a frame body and a main contact spring made of a leaf spring and fitted with a main mobile contact which is attached to and detached from the main fixed contact. The arc contact unit and the auxiliary contact unit are arranged adjacent to each other. The main contact spring extends in a direction in which the arc contact unit and the auxiliary contact unit are arranged. Therefore, the main contact spring can be formed with a large length in the frame body and the sectional area can be enhanced without increasing a spring constant, thereby not requiring a braided wire.

摘要: The present invention provides a tablet vessel feed apparatus comprising a stock container for storing a plurality of tablet vessels, a vessel takeout section for taking out the tablet vessels from the stock container, and a conveyor for conveying the tablet vessels taken out from the stock container. The apparatus further comprises an auxiliary conveyor for conveying the tablet vessel taken out from the stock container toward the conveyor; a delivery table for receiving the tablet vessel conveyed by the auxiliary conveyor to retain and then deliver the tablet vessel to the conveyor; a tablet vessel sensor for detecting the tablet vessel on at least any one of the auxiliary conveyor and the delivery table; and a controller. The controller allows the vessel takeout section to stop taking out the tablet vessels from the stock container while the tablet vessel sensor detects the tablet vessel.
