摘要： Systems, methods, and computer readable media for augmented reality (AR) activated dispensing machines are disclosed. Example methods include a dispensing machine that is configured to access a captured image, process the image to generate an avatar of a user, present an image of the avatar with an indication of a vending item on the display of the system, determine the user performed a gesture to select the vending item, and dispense the selected vending item. Additionally, the dispensing machine is configured to provide virtual musical instruments to the user and record a music video. The dispensing machine is configured to communicate with a user device and send codes for vending items and AR graphics to be displayed to the user.

The end point device is configured to determine that a product is removed from the product shelf based on sensor data obtained from the sensor, and to transmit product removed data to the hub device based on the determination that the product was removed from the product shelf. The hub device is configured to obtain the product removed data from the end point device, and to calculate inventory data indicating a quantity of product stored on the product shelf based on the product removed data.

摘要： A merchandiser for storing a product for purchase by a customer is provided. The merchandiser includes: a housing that defines a cavity for storing the product; and a controller for facilitating a transaction for the product at the merchandiser. The controller includes one or more processors coupled to one or more memory devices. The one or more memory devices have instructions stored therein that are executable by the one or more processors to cause the controller to: receive an input to initiate the transaction for the product; unlock a door of the merchandiser to enable a removal of the product based on receiving the input; initiate a timer that defines an unlock time duration for the door; override the unlock time duration based on a received input; lock the door of the merchandiser based on the override; and charge the customer for the product of the transaction.

The method further includes opening a door of the pneumatic delivery terminal and operating an actuator to transfer the filled prescription from the chute to the pneumatic delivery terminal. The method also includes closing the door of the pneumatic delivery terminal and delivering, via a pneumatic tube, the filled prescription to the customer kiosk.

摘要： There is provided a device for automatic asset management as well as a method for dispensing items from said automatic asset management device. The device comprises an enclosure, a shelving unit within the enclosure configured to store at least one item, a delivery hatch on the enclosure configured to allow access to the enclosure, and a dispensing unit within the enclosure. The dispensing unit comprises a front gate comprising an open portion and a closed portion, wherein the front gate is configured to control access through the delivery hatch and an elevator module configured to receive the item from the shelving unit, move to the front gate to link with the front gate, while linked with the front gate, move with the front gate to align the open portion with the delivery hatch to allow access to the item within the elevator module; and upon removal of the item from the elevator module, release the front gate to align the closed portion with the delivery hatch to restrict access to the delivery hatch.
