摘要: The present application provides a graphene light emitting transistor, including: a gate electrode disposed on a substrate; a gate insulating layer disposed on the substrate and the gate electrode; a source electrode and a drain electrode disposed on the gate insulating layer, wherein the source electrode and the drain electrode are formed by graphene; a graphene oxide layer disposed on the gate insulating layer and located between the source electrode and the drain electrode; a graphene quantum dot layer disposed on the graphene oxide layer, the source electrode and the drain electrode; and a water and oxygen resistant layer disposed on the graphene quantum dot layer. The present application also provides a method of fabricating the graphene light emitting transistor and an active graphene light emitting display apparatus having the graphene light emitting transistor.

摘要: A graphene display is provided. The graphene display includes a first graphene light-emitting unit and a second graphene light-emitting unit, which are stacked and overlapped, and a metal shield layer disposed between the first graphene light-emitting unit and the second graphene light-emitting unit. The graphene display is simple in structure, and the colors of the emitted light at the two sides will not change because of the electric field of the gate electrode pattern so as to have more stable color and color reproduction.

摘要: Disclosed is a display method of a multi-primary color sphere display device. The method includes the steps of: dividing a pixel color gamut into color patches; determining a color patch to which a pixel chromaticity coordinate belongs; displaying through three dynamic sub-pixels according to the color patch to which the pixel chromaticity coordinate belongs; and determining output brightness of the dynamic sub-pixels by coordinates of a white point, coordinates of the dynamic sub-pixels, an output brightness value when gray level 255 in red is input, an output brightness value when gray level 255 in green is input, and an output brightness value when gray level 255 in blue is input respectively. When input gray level values of RGB three pixels are approximately the same, output brightness and white chromaticity are basically close to the same, guaranteeing the consistency of the chromaticity coordinates of the white point.

摘要: A backlight module includes a glue frame, a light guide plate, a first light source assembly, and a second light source assembly. The light guide plate and the first and second light source assemblies are accommodated in the glue frame. The diffuser is positioned between the laser light sources and the second incident surface with predetermined distances. Colors of the LED light sources and the laser light sources are complementary colors.

By the method described above, the gamut of the display is increased, to increase the display performance of the display and decrease the power consumption of the display.

摘要: The present invention provides a backlight module. The backlight module includes a plastic frame, a backlight source and a light guide plate. The backlight source and the light guide plate are received in the plastic frame. The light guide plate includes a light incident surface and a light emitting surface. 摘要: The present disclosure teaches a graphene backlight module and a liquid crystal display (LCD) device including the backlight module. The backlight module includes a lower substrate, a number of graphene sources, a number of graphene drains, a graphene light generation layer, a first insulating protection layer, a number of graphene gates, and a second insulating protection layer. Graphene is used to make the gates, sources, drains, and the light generation layer of the backlight module. The graphene backlight module therefore functions both as a lighting unit and a driving unit to the liquid crystal, thereby simplifying the LCD device's structure and manufacturing process. In addition, as there is no need for the light guide plate and optical films required by conventional backlight modules, the thinning of the LCD device is achievable.
