Abstract: A method of operating a fuel cell system which is controlled by an electronic device includes: transmitting a bit stream including a bit string which indicates identification information of the fuel cell system and a bit string which indicates status information of the fuel cell system to the electronic device through a serial communication line; receiving a bit stream including a bit string which indicates control information of the fuel cell system from the electronic device through the serial communication line; obtaining the control information of the fuel cell system from the received bit stream; and controlling power production of a fuel cell by controlling operations of peripheral devices of the fuel cell system based on the obtained control information of the fuel cell system.

Abstract: A three-dimensional (3D) semiconductor device may include a stack of chips, including a master chip and one or more slave chips. I/O connections of slave chips need not be connected to channels on a motherboard, and only electrode pads of a master chip may be connected to the channels. Only the master chip may provide a load to the channels. A through-substrate via (TSV) boundary may be set on a data input path, a data output path, an address/command path, and/or a clock path of a semiconductor device in which the same type of semiconductor chips are stacked.

As the first body is separated from the second body, the display is unwound from the roller and is unrolled outward from the first body to expand in the length direction, and the support member is unrolled outward from the first body in the length direction to support a rear surface of the display.
