Abstract: A substrate processing apparatus includes a chamber including an upper chamber and a lower chamber coupled to each other to provide a space for processing a substrate, a substrate support configured to support the substrate within the chamber, an upper supply port provided in the upper chamber and configured to supply a supercritical fluid on an upper surface of the substrate within the chamber, a recess provided in a lower surface of the upper chamber, the recess including a horizontal extension portion extending in a direction parallel with the upper surface of the substrate in a radial direction from an outlet of the upper supply port and an inclined extension portion extending obliquely at an angle from the horizontal extension portion, and a baffle member disposed within the recess between the upper supply port and the substrate.

Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a communication circuit, a speaker, a microphone, a memory, and a processor. The processor is configured to determine whether there is auditory data stored in the memory of the electronic device when an external electronic device is connected thereto through the communication circuit, send a request for auditory data to the external electronic device when there is no auditory data stored in the memory, receive the auditory data from the external electronic device, correct data, at the electronic device, about the sound received through the microphone using the auditory data, receive corrected audio data from the external electronic device, synthesize the corrected data about the sound and the corrected audio data received from the external device to obtain first synthesized data, and output a first new sound corresponding to the first synthesized data through the speaker.

Abstract: An electronic device and a sound signal processing method for improving sound perception of a hearing-impaired user are provided. The electronic device of the present disclosure includes a sound input unit comprising sound input circuitry configured to detect a sound and to convert the sound into a first sound signal and a processor which is electrically connected to the sound input unit, the processor configured to receive the first sound signal and to perform a predetermined signal processing on the first sound signal to generate a second sound signal, wherein the signal processing includes detecting a frequency band with a level equal to or greater than a predetermined value in a first frequency band above a predetermined cutoff frequency of the first sound signal, generating harmonic signals including a plurality of frequency bins that are identical in level with a signal in the detected frequency band, and overlapping the harmonic signals with the first sound signal.

Abstract: A wearable electronic device including a speaker and a microphone is configured to: generate a detection signal to detect whether a sound leakage occurs, receive, through the microphone, a feedback signal in which a signal obtained by outputting the detection signal into an ear canal of a user through the speaker is collected, calculate a difference value between the feedback signal and the detection signal, and correct a playback sound output by the wearable electronic device based on the difference value.
