Abstract: A ferroelectric field effect transistor includes a channel, a gate electrode provided to face the channel, a ferroelectric layer provided between the channel and the gate electrode, an interfacial layer provided between the channel and the ferroelectric layer, and a diffusion barrier layer provided between the ferroelectric layer and the gate electrode, wherein the diffusion barrier layer includes SiON, the diffusion barrier layer has an oxygen concentration gradient that gradually decreases from a first surface of the diffusion barrier layer facing the gate electrode toward a second surface of the diffusion barrier layer facing the ferroelectric layer, and the diffusion barrier layer may have a nitrogen concentration gradient that gradually increases from the first surface toward the second surface.

Abstract: A method of displaying a nearby point of interest (POI) using augmented reality and an electronic device thereof. An operation method of an electronic device includes: acquiring a preview video; acquiring location information of the electronic device; acquiring information on at least one POI located in a vicinity; selecting a focus POI among at least one POI; determining first information to be provided to a user for general POIs; determining second information including more information than the first information to be provided to the user for the focus POI; determining a location on a screen on which the preview video in which the information on the at least one POI is to be displayed; and displaying the first information or the second information on the location on the screen on which the determined preview video of all or some of the at least one POI is provided.

Abstract: Provided are an image processing circuit, a system-on-chip including the same, and a method of improving quality of a first image. The image processing circuit includes a tuning circuit configured to receive a segmentation map including pixel-by-pixel class inference information of the first image and a confidence map including confidence of the class inference information, determine classes of respective pixels of the first image, correction effects for each pixel of the image, and correction values indicating intensity of the correction effects based on the segmentation map and the confidence map, and generate a correction map based on the classes and the correction values of the respective pixels; and at least one correcting circuit configured to generate an enhanced image by applying correction effects according to the correction values to the respective pixels of the first image based on the correction map.

Abstract: An electronic device may comprise a camera, a sensor circuit, a memory, and a processor configured to obtain a plurality of first images including a region of interest (ROI) based on a first frame rate using the camera, detect a movement of the electronic device using the sensor circuit, identify a threshold related to a movement of the ROI based on the movement of the electronic device, wherein the threshold related to a movement of the ROI is identified as a first threshold, and the threshold related to the movement of the ROI is identified as a second threshold larger than the first threshold, obtain a plurality of second images based on a second frame rate larger than the first frame rate in response to an object moving at the first threshold or the second threshold in the ROI, and provide a video related to the object.
