A portable communication device is provided. The portable communication device includes a touch screen, a memory, and a processor configured to identify tag information from a plurality of images stored in the memory of the electronic device, wherein the tag information includes first tag information corresponding to a location at which at least one first image of the plurality of images is taken, second tag information corresponding to an object recognized from at least one second image of the plurality of images, and third tag information corresponding to an application used to acquire at least one third image of the plurality of images, display, via the touch screen, a first menu related to the first tag information, a second menu related to the second tag information, and a third menu related to the third tag information in a form of a thumbnail, receive a selection of the first menu, the second menu, or the third menu, and display, via the touch screen, at least one first image tagged with the first tag information, at least one second image tagged with the second tag information, or at least one third image tagged with the third tag information, based at least in part on the selection of the first menu, the second menu, or the third menu.

The single-wafer-type cleaning apparatus is configured to be capable of controlling electrostatic charges generated due to rotating a wafer during a semiconductor cleaning process and a defect caused by the electrostatic charges. The cleaning process uses an ionizer mounted on a chuck.

A method and an apparatus for obtaining image data for video communication in an electronic device are provided. In an embodiment, a method and an apparatus for providing a video communication function that simultaneously uses image data obtained via a plurality of cameras. In the method, first image data is obtained using a first camera. Second image data is obtained using a second camera. The first image data is merged with the second image data. The merged image data is transmitted to a second electronic device. Other embodiments are possible.
