    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a second transistor operating in response to the first gate signal, a third transistor operating in response to the second gate signal, a fourth transistor operating in response to an initialization control signal, a fifth transistor operating in response to an emission control signal, a sixth transistor operating in response to the emission control signal, a seventh transistor operating in response to a bias control signal, a storage capacitor, a first capacitor or a second capacitor, and a light emitting element. The first capacitor or the second capacitor includes a first terminal receiving the first gate signal or the emission control signal and a second terminal connected to a first terminal of the light emitting device, and the voltage of the first terminal of the light emitting element is boosted based on the first gate signal or the light emission control signal.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including light-emitting regions, an input sensor, and conductive patterns. The conductive patterns include a first sensing electrode including first sensing patterns provided along a first direction, and bridge patterns connecting two adjacently disposed first sensing patterns, a second sensing electrode, spaced apart from the first sensing electrode, includes second sensing patterns provided along a second direction crossing the first direction, and dummy patterns overlapping one of the first sensing electrode or the second sensing electrode on a plane. Each of the first sensing patterns and the second sensing patterns includes mesh lines in which openings overlapping the light-emitting regions are defined. Each of the bridge patterns includes a first bridge pattern connected to a corresponding first sensing pattern, and a second bridge pattern disposed on a layer different from the first bridge pattern, and connected to the first bridge pattern.

    Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer including a reinforcing layer disposed on the base layer and transistors disposed on the reinforced layer, where each of the transistors includes a semiconductor pattern including a source, an active, a drain, and a gate, and a display layer including a light-emitting diode connected to the transistors, where the reinforcing layer overlaps three or more actives among actives of the transistors. Some of semiconductor patterns of the transistors include polysilicon, others of the semiconductor patterns of the transistors include oxide, and a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the polysilicon is shorter than a distance from the reinforcing layer to a semiconductor pattern including the oxide.
