    Abstract: Aspects of the present invention are directed toward donor substrate, method of manufacturing donor substrate, and method of manufacturing organic light-emitting display device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a donor substrate includes a base layer which includes an element region and an encapsulation region surrounding the element region; a transfer assist layer which is disposed on the base layer and includes a first uneven portion disposed on the encapsulation region; and a transfer layer which is disposed on the transfer assist layer.     Abstract: An apparatus for fabricating an organic light emitting display panel is disclosed.
