Abstract: A protective cover and a display device including a protective cover are provided. According to one or more embodiments, a protective cover includes a cover substrate; a first anti-scattering coating layer on the cover substrate; an intermediate layer on the first anti-scattering coating layer; a second anti-scattering coating layer on the intermediate layer; and an adhesive layer on the second anti-scattering coating layer, and the first anti-scattering coating layer and the second anti-scattering coating layer cover an upper surface, a lower surface, and at least one side surface of the intermediate layer.
