    Abstract: A thin film transistor (TFT) includes a gate electrode disposed on a substrate. An oxide semiconductor layer is disposed on the gate electrode. An insulation layer is disposed on the oxide semiconductor layer. The insulation layer includes a first contact hole that exposes a first part of the oxide semiconductor layer corresponding to a first end of the gate electrode and a second contact hole that exposes a second part of the oxide semiconductor layer corresponding to an opposite end of the gate electrode. A source electrode is disposed on the insulation layer and contacts the first part of the oxide semiconductor layer through the first contact hole.     Abstract: An exemplary embodiment provides a stretchable display device which is stretched in at least one direction. The stretchable display device according to the exemplary embodiment includes a stretchable substrate, a display unit, a plurality of rigid lenses, and a transparent elastic part. The display unit is on the stretchable substrate, and includes a plurality of light sources and a plurality of stretchable electrodes. The rigid lenses are disposed to correspond to the plurality of light sources, respectively. The transparent elastic part encloses the plurality of rigid lenses on the display unit and is stretched along with the stretched substrate and when being stretched, forms lens surfaces corresponding to the plurality of rigid lenses, respectively.
