摘要： To provide a casting mold manufacturing apparatus using steam heating. The apparatus includes a forming die having a cavity, a resin-coated sand supply section for supplying a resin-coated sand into the cavity, a steam supply section for supplying steam into the cavity, and a steam discharge section for discharging the steam from the cavity. At least a portion of the forming die is composed of a porous material having pores with an average diameter smaller than an average particle diameter of the resin-coated sand. At least a portion of the steam is supplied into the cavity through the porous material. Since it is possible to uniformly supply the steam into the cavity, a homogeneous casting mold can be manufactured.

摘要： A filter device including an intermediate sleeve, an upper and a lower cap closing the upper and lower ends of the sleeve and cooperating with the sleeve to define an upper and a lower volume on opposite sides of an inner partition wall, and an inner tube disposed in the lower volume so as to extend from the partition wall and cooperating with the lower cap to define an inner space and an outer space which communicate with each other through a bottom space formed below the inner tube. The sleeve has an inlet port communicating with the outer space and receiving an incoming compressed air, and an outlet port communicating with the upper volume for discharging the air. The outer space is filled with a first packing. A porous structure is accommodated within the bottom space, for trapping droplets from the compressed air flowing through the first packing. A draining device is provided for discharging a mass of the droplets out of the bottom space. A second packing is disposed in the upper volume, for vaporazing liquid particles remaining in the air which has passed the first packing.

摘要： In-line filter device including a first and a second filter disposed parallel with each other on a trap structure such that the filters communicate with a trap chamber defined in the trap structure, so that water and/or oil vapor contained in compressed air flowing through the first filter are coalesced into droplets, which are captured in the trap chamber, while any remaining liquid particles in the air are vaporized during passage through the second filter. The device has a reduced-pressure sump in the bottom portion of the trap structure, and inlet holes through which the captured liquid flows from the trap chamber into the sump such that an upper open end of the tube is positioned in a flow path of the air between the trap chamber and the second filter, for sucking the atmosphere in the sump toward the second filter. A draining device is provided in the bottom portion of the sump, for discharging the liquid out of the sump.

摘要： An apparatus and a method for producing a casting mold are provided, according to which the casting mold having a complex shape can be obtained with stable quality. The apparatus comprises a mold having a cavity therein, a steam supply unit, a steam supply passage connected to the cavity, steam discharge passages, flow regulators disposed in the steam discharge passages to regulate an amount of the steam discharged from the cavity, and a control unit for controlling the flow regulators. After a resin-coated sand prepared by coating a refractory aggregate with a binder resin is injected into the cavity of the heated mold, superheated steam is supplied into the cavity. At this time, the control unit controls the flow regulators such that the cavity is uniformly filled with the superheated steam.
