摘要: Provided is an apparatus for estimating a target component, the apparatus including a temperature controller configured to modulate temperature of an object, a measurer configured to measure a spectrum for each temperature of the object that changes based on the modulation, and a processor configured to obtain effective optical pathlength vectors corresponding to a temperature change based on the spectrum for each temperature of the object, obtain a representative effective optical pathlength based on the obtained effective optical pathlength vectors, and obtain a target component estimation model based on the obtained representative effective optical pathlength.

摘要: An apparatus for measuring a spectrum includes a light source array configured to emit light towards an object, a photodetector configured to detect light reflected by the object; and a processor configured to measure, using the light source array and the photodetector, a plurality of temperature correction spectra based on a temperature change of the light source array, obtain a light source temperature drift vector by analyzing the measured plurality of temperature correction spectra, measure, using the light source array and the photodetector, an analysis spectrum by using the light source array and the photodetector, and adjust the measured analysis spectrum to reduce an effect of the temperature change of the light source array by using the obtained light source temperature drift vector.

摘要: An optical sensor includes light sources configured to emit light, a substrate on which the light sources are mounted, the substrate comprising holes in regions on which the light sources are mounted, and a first photodetector configured to receive a first light emitted from a front surface of each of the light sources, the first light being reflected or scattered from an object. The optical sensor further includes at least one second photodetector configured to receive a second light emitted from a rear surface of each of the light sources, the second light passing through the holes corresponding to the light sources.

摘要: Provided is a spectrum processing apparatus for removing noise, caused by a change in external environment, from a spectrum obtained by a spectrometer. The spectrum processing apparatus includes: a spectrometer configured to measure a first spectrum according to a change in external environment from a first object, and to measure a second spectrum for component analysis from a second object; and a processor configured to extract, based on the first spectrum, an eigenvector for each wavelength according to the change in external environment, and to obtain a final spectrum by correcting the second spectrum based on the extracted eigenvector for each wavelength.

摘要: An apparatus and method for bio-particle detection are provided. The apparatus for bio-particle detection includes: a bio-particle detection chip including a substrate having a plurality of through-hole groups, each through-hole group of the plurality of through-hole groups including through-holes which pass through the substrate from a first surface of the substrate toward an second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface, and which are configured to accommodate a sample solution loaded therein; and a processor configured to determine a number of through-holes, among the through holes of at least one through-hole group of the plurality of through-hole groups, having a target material encapsulated therein, based on at least one of an electrical signal and an optical signal corresponding to the through-holes of the at least one through-hole group, and to estimate a concentration of the target material based on the determined number.

摘要: A method and an apparatus for analyzing a component of an object are provided. The apparatus includes an image sensor including an optical module, and the optical module includes a light source configured to emit a source light, a first detector configured to detect a first light that is scattered or reflected from the object on which the emitted source light is incident, and a second detector configured to detect a second light that is emitted by the light source but is not incident on the object. The apparatus further includes a processor configured to calculate a scattering coefficient and an absorption coefficient, based on the detected first light and the detected second light, and analyze the component of the object, based on the calculated scattering coefficient and the calculated absorption coefficient.
