摘要: A display device includes a flexible substrate, a buffer layer on the flexible substrate and including an inorganic material, a display area including a plurality of pixels on the buffer layer and each including a pixel circuit including a first thin film transistor (TFT), a second TFT, and a storage capacitor and a display device connected to the pixel circuit, and a non-display area that is adjacent to the display area. The flexible substrate includes at least one base layer, at least one inorganic barrier layer, and a shielding layer including a portion having a certain area and an opening adjacent to the portion.

摘要: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes: a plurality of pixels at a display area; a plurality of dummy pixels at a dummy area; and a plurality of repair lines that are connected to the plurality of dummy pixels and connectable to the plurality of pixels, wherein each of the plurality of dummy pixels includes: a compensation capacitive element; a driving transistor configured to output a driving current corresponding to a data signal applied to a gate electrode of the driving transistor; and a connection portion between a first electrode of the compensation capacitive element and the gate electrode of the driving transistor, and that is configured to electrically connect or separate the first electrode of the compensation capacitive element and the gate electrode of the driving transistor to or from each other based on a physical quantity applied to the connection portion.

摘要: A display apparatus includes: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area; a thin-film encapsulation layer overlapping the display area and including an inorganic film and an organic film; a conductive layer located in the peripheral area; and a dam overlapping an outer edge of the conductive layer, wherein the dam includes a first inclined portion extending from a top surface of the dam toward the display area and at least partially overlapping the conductive layer and a second inclined portion extending in an opposite direction to the first inclined portion. A shape of the first inclined portion and a shape of the second inclined portion are asymmetric to each other.
