    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate, a wire having an inner edge including first and second portions, a first insulating layer covering a portion of the substrate, and a second insulating layer. The portion of the substrate covered by the first insulating layer is closer to a center of the substrate than the wire, the first insulating layer covers a part of the first portion of the wire and a part of the second portion of the wire, and a first end of the first insulating layer is disposed on the wire. The second insulating layer covers the first insulating layer and has a second end disposed on the wire. A distance between the first end and the second end covering the first portion of the wire is different from a distance between the first end and the second end covering the second portion of the wire.

    Abstract: A display panel is disclosed that includes a substrate, a first initialization voltage line, and a second initialization voltage line. The substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area. The first initialization voltage line is arranged in the display area and includes a first vertical voltage line and a first horizontal voltage line. The second initialization voltage line includes a second vertical voltage line and a second horizontal voltage line overlapping the first horizontal voltage line in a plan view. Each of the plurality of pixels includes a first sub-pixel configured to emit light of a first color, and a second sub-pixel configured to emit light of a second color. The first initialization voltage line is configured to transmit a first initialization voltage to one electrode of a light-emitting diode of the first sub-pixel. The second initialization voltage line is configured to transmit a second initialization voltage to one electrode of a light-emitting diode of the second sub-pixel.

    Abstract: A display device including an input sensor having sensing electrodes disposed in a sensing area and signal lines. Each of the signal lines is connected to a corresponding electrode of the sensing electrodes and disposed in the line area. One signal line of the signal lines includes a first portion having a constant width, a second portion disposed outside a corner area of the sensing area, extending from the first portion, and having a width gradually increasing in a direction that is away from the first portion, a third portion extending from the second portion and having a width gradually varying in a direction that is away from the second portion, and a fourth portion extending from the third portion and having a constant width.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area for displaying an image, a first thin film transistor in the display area and including a first semiconductor layer having a silicon semiconductor and a first gate electrode insulated from the first semiconductor layer, a first interlayer insulating layer covering the first gate electrode and having a first contact hole extending therethrough, and a second thin film transistor on the first interlayer insulating layer and including a second semiconductor layer having an oxide semiconductor and a second gate electrode insulated from the second semiconductor layer. A portion of the second semiconductor layer extends into a first contact hole and is electrically connected to the first semiconductor layer.
