Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a fluid connection including a plurality of flexible polymeric tubes; an integral fluid connector coupled to and in fluid communication with each of the plurality of tubes; and a shell disposed over and encapsulating the fluid connector. The fluid connection surprisingly exhibiting significant increases in the working pressure, particularly in biopharmaceutical fluid transfer systems.
