摘要: An infusion pump has a housing (10) accommodating a pump finger mechanism (12). The pump finger mechanism (12) acts on a pump hose (13) fastened at holders (16, 21) of the housing. The pump hose (13) is supported by a door (24). In order to facilitate proper and positionally correct placement of the pump hose, one of the holders (16) includes an oblique pin. The associated transition piece (15) of the pump hose (13) has a hole (18) with the same inclination angle as the oblique pin. The other transition piece (20) is of a different structure so that the transition pieces cannot be mixed up. A longitudinal color strip (29) on the pump hose is provided to visually indicate any twisting of the hose.

摘要: A heat exchanger tube with a tube axis, a tube wall, a tube outside and a tube inside. Continuously running, axially parallel or helically circling inner ribs are formed out of the tube wall on the tube inside, each inner rib having two rib flanks and a rib tip. A continuously extending groove is formed between adjacent inner ribs. The rib tip has at regular intervals recurring elevations which have an essentially frustopyramidal form. The inner ribs are raised in the radial direction on the contour line which is defined by the transitional edge of a rib flank to the rib tip and protuberances advancing out of the rib flank are formed in this region. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a heat exchanger tube.

摘要: A weight spacer apparatus has a carrier which is tubular in shape and a spacer tube which is also tubular in shape for insertion into the carrier. The weight spacer apparatus also has a plurality of weight bars which may be inserted into the spacer tube after the spacer tube is inserted into the carrier and which are also removable from the spacer tube. In one embodiment, a weight tray is inserted into the spacer tube for receiving the weight bars, and the weight tray may be fabricated from half-round tubing with a welded plate to cover the diametric opening. In another embodiment, a center plate is attached inside the spacer tube along the length of the spacer tube to divide the spacer tube into first and second compartments.

摘要: A method for constructing a thermal management system is provided herein. In accordance with the method, a fan (405) is provided which is adapted to provide a global flow of fluid through the device. A synthetic jet ejector (409) is also provided which is adapted to augment the global flow of fluid over the surfaces of a heat sink (403). The ratio of the flow per unit time of the synthetic jet ejector to the flow per unit time of the fan is selected so as to achieve a desired level of heat dissipation.

摘要: A metal heat exchanger tube for the evaporation of liquids on the outside of the tube, having a tube axis, a tube wall, and integrally formed ribs that run circumferentially on the outside of the tube. The ribs have a rib foot, rib flanks, and a rib tip, wherein the rib foot projects substantially radially from the tube wall. A respective groove is located between every two ribs that are adjacent to one another in the axial direction. At least first, second, and third lateral material projections, which are formed from the material of the ribs, are arranged on a first, second, and third level on the rib flanks in such a way that the grooves are largely covered by all of the material projections. The first, second, and third lateral material projections are formed on levels that are in each case differently spaced apart from the tube wall in the radial direction.

摘要: A metallic heat exchanger tube has fins which run helically around the outside of the tube, are molded integrally therefrom and are of continuous design and the fin base of which protrudes substantially radially from the tube wall, and with primary grooves located between respectively adjacent fins. At least one undercut secondary groove is arranged in the region of the groove base of the primary grooves. The secondary groove is delimited toward the primary groove by a pair of mutually opposite material projections formed from the material of respectively adjacent fin bases and the cross-section thereof is varied at regular intervals without having an influence on the shape of the fins. There is a spacing between the opposite material projections, the spacing being varied at regular intervals, as a result of which local cavities are formed.
