    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may transmit a control message indicating reservation of a first resource of a sidelink channel for a sidelink transmission. The first UE may receive a pre-conflict indication for the first resource based on the control message. In some cases, the first UE may disregard the pre-conflict indication, or may not disregard the conflict indication based on one or more factors. The first UE may perform resource re-selection to select a second resource for the sidelink transmission if the first UE receives the conflict indication at least a threshold amount of time prior to the first resource, and may transmit using the second resource. Otherwise, the first UE may report a negative acknowledgement (NACK) message from a physical (PHY) layer to a medium access control (MAC) layer.

A user equipment (UE), such as a vehicle UE may receive an indication of a change in a formation of a vehicle grouping, such as a platoon, with which the UE is associated, the vehicle grouping including a plurality of vehicles moving as a group based on sidelink communications between members of the group. The UE may determine a distance-based feedback procedure to be used by the UE based on whether the UE is, as a result of the change in the formation, a primary vehicle in the vehicle grouping or a secondary vehicle that is responsive to one or more primary vehicles in the vehicle grouping, and may operate in accordance with the distance-based feedback procedure.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a first sidelink control information (SCI) from a second UE and a second SCI from a third CE, the first SCI may indicate a first set of resources and the second SCI may indicate a second set of resources that at least partially overlap with the first set of resources. The sets of resources may indicate resources reserved by the UEs for sidelink communications. The first UE may measure a first received power associated with the second UE or a second received power associated with the third UE, or both, based on the overlap and may transmit, to the second UE and/or the third UE, an indication of a conflict based on the first received power and/or the second received power satisfying a condition.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may establish multiple unicast connections with multiple other UEs. The first UE may then determine individual sets of transmission parameters for each of the multiple other UEs, where the individual sets of transmission parameters may enable the first UE to receive transmissions from the multiple other UEs on a same set of time and frequency resources via a spatial division multiplexing scheme. For example, each of the individual sets of transmission parameters may include a transmission schedule adjustment, a transmit power, a transmit time, an indication of the time and frequency resources, or a combination thereof. The first UE may then transmit each of the individual sets of transmission parameters to a respective UE of the multiple other UEs.

    Abstract: In one aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a wireless communication device, a transmission using a first set of transmission resources, wherein the transmission includes an indication of a second set of one or more of transmission resources in the future that the wireless communication device intends to use for one or more second transmissions, and wherein the transmission includes a total transmit power QCL indication for at least one transmission of the one or more second transmissions.     Abstract: Techniques for handling sidelink feedback signaling in situations where collisions would otherwise be experienced in a network communication link are shown and described. For example, sidelink feedback signaling handling techniques may provide for collision handling when sidelink HARQ is to be simultaneously transmitted with network communication radio interface uplink channel information (e.g., Uu HARQ, SR, CSI, etc.) on one or more Uu channel (e.g., PUSCH, PUSCH, etc.). In operation of sidelink feedback handling, a transmitter or intermediary UE of a sidelink communication link may decide whether and how to forward the sidelink HARQ to a corresponding base station.     Abstract: In some aspects of the disclosure, a method of wireless communication includes performing a first wireless transmission using a plurality of transmission and reception points (TRPs) of a vehicle. The first wireless transmission is performed based on a first transmit power allocation among the plurality of TRPs. The method further includes, in response to the first wireless transmission, receiving one or more feedback signals indicating a receive status of the first wireless transmission at one or more devices.
