摘要： An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element. The capacitor element includes an anode including a dielectric layer thereon and a cathode member including a conductive polymer and in contact with the dielectric layer. The capacitor element is impregnated with a liquid containing at least one of polyalkylene glycol and derivatives of polyalkylene glycol. The liquid further contains an aromatic compound having a nitro group and at least one of a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group.

摘要： An electrochemical device positive electrode with a lead member includes a positive electrode and a lead member attached to the positive electrode. The positive electrode includes a positive current collector, a carbon layer, and an active layer. The carbon layer is disposed on a surface of the positive current collector, and contains a conductive carbon material. The active layer is supported by the positive current collector via the carbon layer disposed between the active layer and the positive current collector, and contains a conductive polymer. The lead member is in contact with the carbon layer.

The capacitor element includes: an anode foil having a dielectric layer thereon, and a cathode layer including a conductive polymer and in contact with the dielectric layer. The liquid solution contains at least one of polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof. A total weight content of polyalkylene glycol and derivatives thereof in the liquid solution is 15 wt % or greater with respect to a weight of the liquid solution.

摘要： A first conductive polymer solution in which fine particles of a conductive polymer are dispersed is applied to a dielectric layer of aluminum oxide, and this solution is dried to form a first conductive polymer layer. Next, a coating solution is applied to the first conductive polymer layer, this solution containing at least one selected from an aromatic sulfonic acid having, in one molecule of the acid, a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group, or two carboxyl groups, and a salt of the aromatic sulfonic acid. The solution is then dried to form a coating layer. Next, a second conductive polymer solution is applied to the coating layer, the solution being a solution in which fine particles of a conductive polymer are dispersed. This solution is then dried to form a second conductive polymer layer. This process gives a solid electrolyte layer of a capacitor element.
