Abstract: A shutter speed determination device includes a motion detector and controller. The motion detector, on a block-by-block basis having a specified block size, performs detection processing of a motion vector for image data obtained by capturing a subject image. The controller, while reducing the block size, causes the motion detector to execute the detection processing repeatedly, each time executing the detection processing the controller finds a motion vector related value that changes in a same direction as a direction in which a magnitude of the motion vector changes, the controller determines a shutter speed used when capturing the subject image thereafter, based on the motion vector related value found.

Abstract: A disc tray includes a bottom wall including an outer periphery and an inner rib supporter supporting the lowermost disc from below. The bottom wall is thickened from the outer periphery toward the inner rib supporter. The lowermost disc includes a data recording area, an inner rib, and an outer rib. When the lowermost disc is stationary, the outer rib of the lowermost disc and the upper surface of the bottom wall are separated by a gap. When the lowermost disc is inclined in such a manner that part of the outer rib of the lowermost disc comes into contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall, the data recording area of the lowermost disc and the upper surface of the bottom wall are separated by a gap greater than thickness of the outer or inner rib.

Abstract: A disk magazine according to the present disclosure is a disk magazine equipped with a resin-made disk tray that houses a plurality of disks in a stacked state and a tray holder that houses the disk tray. An opening is provided on one side surface of the tray holder so that the disk tray can be inserted into and extracted from the opening. A sliding member is mounted to a front wall of the disk tray so as to protrude more upward than a top surface of the disk tray. The front wall serves as a side where the disk tray is inserted into the opening. The sliding member is constituted of a resin material different from a resin material that constitutes the disk tray.
