Abstract:
In an electric power tool, an acquisition unit acquires physical quantity data detected while a motor is being rotated. A storage unit stores the physical quantity data and time information related to time when the physical quantity data is acquired, mapping the physical quantity data and the time information to each other. A transmission unit transmits the physical quantity data and the time information to a server system. The server system includes: a server-side reception unit that receives the physical quantity data and the time information transmitted; and a status evaluation unit that evaluates a level of a status of the electric power tool by using the physical quantity data and the time information.
Abstract:
Provided is an electrolytic capacitor including: a capacitor element including an anode body, a dielectric layer formed on the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the dielectric layer, and a cathode layer formed on the solid electrolyte layer; lead terminals each connected to the anode body and the cathode layer; and a packaging member covering at least part of the capacitor element. The packaging member includes a side wall that is electrically conductive, and a bottom face, with at least one of the lead terminals partially exposed from the bottom face. An insulating member is interposed between a first end of the side wall and the lead terminal exposed from the bottom face, the first end being near the bottom face.
Abstract:
An electric power tool includes: a motor; an output shaft; and a power transmission mechanism that transmits a rotational output of the motor to the output shaft. A motor control unit controls rotation of the motor in accordance with an on operation of the user operation switch performed by a user. A detector detects physical quantity data while the motor is being rotated. A status determination unit determines whether the electric power tool is in a deteriorated status, by using the physical quantity data. A notification interface communicates that the electric power tool is in a deteriorated status while the motor is not being rotated.
Abstract:
The ceramic-metal bonding structure in accordance with the present invention includes: a ceramic member of an oxide ceramic; a metallic member which is mainly made of Fe and contains Ni and includes an end; an adhesive layer formed on the ceramic member; and a brazing material. The brazing material bonds the adhesive layer and the end of the metallic member. The adhesive layer contains an active metal capable of reacting with the oxide ceramic and has a thickness of equal to or less than 1.5 μm. An intermetallic compound of the active metal and the Ni exists inside the brazing material so as to be between the adhesive layer and the end of the metallic member.
