Abstract:
An optical device includes: an optical element having an optically functional surface which is pivotable; a base supporting the optical element; and a package housing the optical element and the base, in which the package includes: a wall that surrounds the optical element and the base; a window that closes a first opening defined by the wall, and forms an optical path to the optically functional surface, the window being transmissive to light; and a bottom plate that closes a second opening defined by the wall.
Abstract:
A capacitor includes a bus bar. The bus bar includes a bus bar body member and a terminal formation member configured to be superposed on and fixed to a terminal formation part of the bus bar body member. In the terminal formation part, a plurality of first connection terminal parts are formed so as to be arranged in one direction, by portions of the terminal formation part being cut and raised. In the terminal formation member, a plurality of second connection terminal parts are formed so as to be arranged in one direction, by portions of the terminal formation member being cut and raised, and second openings are formed in places where the portions have been cut and raised. The first connection terminal parts and the second connection terminal parts are alternately arranged in one direction, by the first connection terminal parts being passed through the second openings.
Abstract:
An actuator includes a frame, a driver portion having one end connected to an inside of the frame, a movable portion connected to another end of the driver portion, and an electrode provided at the movable portion. The driver portion vibrates the movable portion by being driven by a driving signal. The electrode receives a high-frequency signal higher than that of the driving signal. This actuator is driven at a high speed by a large deflection angle, and can prevent dust from adhering to the movable portion.
