Abstract:
Provided herein are compositions comprising lipotechoic acid (LTA) and methods of use thereof for immune modulation. In particular, compositions comprising S. epidermidis lipotechoic Acid (SELTA) are provided, as well as method of use thereof for the treatment of immune—(e.g., autoimmune) and inflammation-related conditions and diseases (e.g., chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), arthritis, etc.).

Abstract:
Provided herein are composition and methods for the treatment of cancer by the administration of uropathogenic bacteria. In particular, CP1 E. coli is administered for the treatment of prostate cancer.
Abstract:
Provided herein are compositions and methods for the treatment of conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (LUTS), chronic prostatitis (CP) and/or chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). In particular, provided herein are combination therapies comprising a mast cell inhibitor and a histamine receptor antagonist.
Abstract:
The present invention provides compositions and methods for detection, diagnosis, treatment and/or prevention of chronic pelvic pain syndrome. In particular, the present invention provides biomarkers of chronic pelvic pain syndrome (e.g., mast cell markers (e.g., tryptase)), and/or inhibition of mast cell function (e g inhibition of MCP-1 and/or MIP-1α) to treat or prevent chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
Abstract:
The present invention provides methods and compositions for treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome. In particular, the present invention provides methods and compositions for treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome with an agent that targets MCP-1, MIP-1α, or the CCR-2 receptor.

Abstract:
Disclosed herein are compositions comprising lipoteichoic acid (LTA) and the use thereof for modulating neuronal activity. The disclosed LTA compositions may be prepared using LTA that is derived from the Gram positive bacteria Staphylococcus epidermidis. The disclosed LTA compositions may be administered to treat pain, including but not limited to chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), neurogenic pain, or neurogenic inflammation via PD-1 inhibitory signaling in neurons. The disclosed LTA compositions may be administered in order to modulate the expression of endogenous opioids.
