Abstract: An intake/outlet pipe optimization method for a rotary engine, comprising the steps of: (A) providing a rotary engine; (B) providing a simulation software package, to perform a series of simulations for the rotary engine according to different combinations of a pipe length, a pipe diameter, a pipe shape and a pipe angle, to determine an optimal combination of the pipe length, the pipe diameter, the pipe shape, and pipe angle, to obtain an optimal power output for the rotary engine; and (C) performing tests for the rotary engine, by utilizing the optimal combination of the pipe length, the pipe diameter, the pipe shape, and pipe angle obtained in step (B), to obtain a test optimized power output for the rotary engine.

Abstract: A device for internal cooling and pressurization of rotary engine, comprising: a mechanical charger, a charger outlet tube, a core cooling intake tube, an engine air intake tube, a first valve, a second valve, and a third valve. The mechanical charger is mounted in a ventilated place. The charger outlet tube is used to dispense air, and the charger outlet tube has two sides, with one side coupled to the mechanical charger. The core cooling intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube, and is used to dispense air. The engine air intake tube is connected to another side of the charger outlet tube. The device for cooling and pressurization of rotary engine is capable of achieving improved cooling and performance of rotary engine, through switching a plurality of valves, in automatic control manner and/or in remote control manner.

Abstract: An exhaust channel of a microturbine engine, characterized by a tapering pipe for reducing the speed at which a high-temperature gas is discharged from the turbine and ensuring that the high-temperature gas induced into a recuperator produces a uniform, low-speed flow field, with a view to preventing any noticeable vortex region from developing in the channel, minimizing the pressure loss in the channel, and enhancing the heat exchange efficiency of the recuperator.

Abstract: A micro turbine generator includes a compressor, a guide channel, an expansion chamber, and a recuperator. The expansion chamber includes an air inlet, an air outlet, and a guide vane structure. The air inlet is disposed at one end of the expansion chamber, connected with the compressor through the guide channel, and receives an air compressed by the compressor. The air outlet is disposed at the other end of the expansion chamber, connected with the recuperator, and discharges the air, allowing the air to enter the recuperator. The guide vane structure extends inward from an inner wall of the expansion chamber to allow the air to pass the guide vane structure before being discharged from the air outlet to enter the recuperator.
