    摘要: An internal cooling passage structure for rotary engine, which includes a rotary engine body, having a front frame, a mid-frame, a rear frame and a rotor, wherein the rotor has cooling passages beneath the rotor triangular apexes, and both front and rear frames respectively have corresponding openings; a rotor, rotating in the mid-frame, having the core cooling passages in full or partial connection with the openings in both front and rear frames in the engine operation; and a guide vane along the opening edge, wherein external air is guided into the rotor core cooling passages by the guide vane which avoids generating heat vortices and helps to increase the cooling air so as to lower the temperature on the rotor and its assemblies.

    摘要: A piston of an internal combustion engine includes a top part produced from steel and a bottom part, which are integrally bonded in the region of a contact geometry via joining webs by a friction weld to form a structural unit. At least one cooling duct permeated by a coolant is integrated in the piston, wherein a lubricating oil of the internal combustion engine passes as the coolant into an inlet opening via a free jet of an injection nozzle, flows through the cooling duct and leaves the cooling duct via an outlet opening. For the introduction of the coolant into the cooling duct, the inlet opening is assigned a flow pipe which is inserted in the bottom part and protrudes from a cooling duct base, the opening of the flow pipe being arranged above the weld beads of the friction weld.

The piston head has an internal chamber. Openings are formed through the piston head into the chamber on opposite sides of the connecting rod in a plane perpendicular to the eccentric axis. The location of the chamber openings establishes a flow of cooling air through the chamber as the piston is reciprocated in a cylinder.

    摘要: A piston cooling apparatus includes: a main body including a communication passage communicating with an oil path formed in an internal combustion engine; a nozzle pipe portion including an oil injection port configured to inject oil having passed through the communication passage toward a piston; and a filter disposed upstream of the nozzle pipe portion on the flow passage of the oil and including a hole having a smaller diameter than the minimum diameter of the oil injection port, the oil being injected toward the piston from the oil injection port, wherein: the filter is removably mounted on the outer surface of the outer wall portion of the main body existing upstream on the oil flow passage; and the main body is mounted on the internal combustion engine in a state where at least a portion of the filter is inserted into the oil path.

    摘要: Improvements in a combustion engine performance and reduced temperature of the combustion engine therefore resulting in an increase in the brake thermal efficiency where the pistons move linearly within the combustion cylinder. A pair of one-way clutches is used to convert the reciprocating linear motion into rotary motion without a crank shaft and without friction or power loss in the engine. High pressure oil is used to intercool the piston and the cylinder walls and is used for lubricating the piston ring. This configuration will improve the engine efficiency and reduce emission and result in a low cost engine.
