Abstract: There is provided a method for inspecting a laminated iron core structured by laminating a plurality of iron core pieces-having a predetermined shape and including therein a cooling flow path allowing refrigerant to flow therethrough, the refrigerant being supplied and discharged through openings formed at different positions. The method includes arranging a light projecting part and a light receiving part of a photosensor in the openings of the cooling flow path, respectively, and detecting light from the light projecting part by the light receiving part to thereby inspect a penetrating state of the cooling flow path.

Abstract: In the case of a laminated rotor core 10, insertion of permanent magnets 14 and filling of resin 15 into each of magnet insertion holes 13 are performed in order to cancel out a problem of an imbalanced weight estimated from a deviation of lamination thickness in a circumferential direction of a laminated core body 12, and a manufacturing method includes a step of measuring a deviation of lamination thickness in which an imbalanced weight is estimated by measuring the deviation of lamination thickness in the circumferential direction of the laminated core body 12, and a step of balance adjustment in which the insertion of the permanent magnets 14 into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 and the filling of resin 15 into each of the magnet insertion holes 13 are performed in a manner that cancels out a problem of this imbalanced weight.

Abstract: A thermistor includes a case having a bottom section at one end and an opening section at the other end, a thermistor element housed in the case, a conducting wire housed in the case and connected to the thermistor element, and a lead wire connected to the conducting wire. The lead wire has a first portion including an insulating coating, and a second portion connected to the conducting wire and exposed from the insulating coating. A resin is filled up to a position away from an end edge of the opening section toward the bottom section so as to enclose at least the thermistor element, the conducting wire, and the second portion. The first portion is guided out of the resin to the outside of the case. An inner peripheral surface of the opening section is curved so as to increase an opening area of the opening section.

Abstract: A stator includes a stator core, a plurality of phase windings, a neutral line and a fixing portion. The plurality of phase windings is wounded a plurality of times by a predetermined winding method crossing between a plurality of slots. One lead end of each phase winding is a neutral point connecting portion, and the one lead end is pulled out from an axially end portion of the stator core. The neutral line connects the neutral point connecting portions of the phase windings of different phases together. The neutral line is separate from the phase windings. The fixing portion fixes a first phase winding that is connected to the neutral line. A second phase winding is adjacent to the first phase winding together.

Abstract: A rotor 14 includes a shaft having a coolant flow passage and a coolant supply port, a rotor core 24 fixed on the shaft and formed of laminated steel plates, and a magnet set 32 provided in the rotor core 24 to extend along an axial direction thereof. The rotor core 24 has a first flow passage 34 provided near the magnet to extend therealong and a second flow passage 36 that connects the coolant supply port 28 of the shaft 22 and the first flow passage 34, thereby constituting a coolant flow path. The second flow passage 36 is formed by overlapping second slits 37 formed in the respective steel plates at an axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24, the formed position of the second slit 37 being different for each steel plate combined. The first flow passage 34 and the second flow passage 36 join at the axially intermediate region A of the rotor core 24.
